Still new, but overall easy to use. Both washer and dryer seem to be functioning perfectly in various modes, depending on the wash/dry/load requirements. Ordering online and arranging delivery was stunningly simple and all went as requested and planned. Truly a pleasure to work with all of you. Thank you.

    Fantastic So Far

I have only had it for two days, but so far it is great. I still haven't tried out all the features, but the ones I care about (cleaning my laundry mainly) work perfectly. The Good: -Convenience. It holds your laundry soap & liquid fabric softener in a dispenser so that you only need to refill it occasionally instead of adding it every load. -More convenience. No forgetting to move the laundry over from the washer to the dryer (which seemed like an impossible task for my children to remember). -Have I mentioned convenient? The door can be set to automatically open after a load. This prevents any mildew buildup in the rubber gasket along the door (something that almost stopped me from buying anymore frontload washers). The machine drying the laundry probably also helps remove any moisture there too. -Saves space. Instead of having two machines, I now have just this one... and a shelf next to it to store all laundry and cleaning household items! Plus the whole laundry room feels bigger. -Electricity savings. So far it seems to use less power than just my washer did before (and my previous was a fairly recent front loader as well). Thats not even counting the savings of not having to use the high-powered dryer that was next to it before. -Clean. The laundry so far has come out feeling clean and soft. Everything smells great and I feel like it is doing better than my previous set. -Dry. If I use the AI setting it seems to do an amazing job of getting everything perfectly dry. -Huge capacity. 5.3 Cu ft is a fair amount bigger than my previous 4.8 washer this is replacing. The not-so-great: -Speed. It is not as fast as having a separate washer/dryer. Medium loads seem to take about 3.5 hours total. Heavy loads (completely full with lots of jeans/towels) can take up to 4.5 hours. My previous set I could generally do everything (washing & drying) in about 3 hours under normal circumstances. Plus if doing multiple loads I could have one load drying while the next started washing, that is no longer possible here. I will say that not being able to forget or not have time to move things from one machine to another makes up for this in 95% of situations for me. Note, I tried to keep the loads about the same size as what I used in my previous set when testing this out. -Touch screen. Not a fan of having all the controls through a touch screen. It is very convenient for some tasks, but overall I would prefer some physical buttons. Even if they just were to add a "Normal Load" button that I could use for most loads easily or just in case something happens to the screen eventually. -Filter location. Its at the very bottom. At least it is easy to get to, but it is so low that it will be almost impossible to get anything under it to catch the water when I eventually need to clean out the filter for the washer. -No pedestal available. Not a big deal with all the space I get back from only having one machine. But still a bit disappointing since the washer filter is so low to the ground and the opening for the machine is also pretty low. Most of my complaints are very minor and do not bother me. The good far out-weighs the bad here and it still earns a 5 star rating from me with a recommendation to buy for any friends/family that ask. Let's just hope it lasts a long time and can survive running multiple loads every day!

Whatva great machine. We purchased this to replace an aging Kenmore Elite series. No venting, 120v system seems to work well. Some learning curve as it operates differenty than a tradional washer/ dryer. Still learning to eliminate wrinkled jeans z

This unit is amazing, some loads take longer then others but it is what it is. Very quite and does a great job. Love the fact of the tanks for the softner and detergent. No vent needed so it can be put anywhere you need it.

Great washer dryer combo! My clothes have never smelt fresher or cleaner. I do wish there were more customizable / download cycles for things like a Pet Mode similar to the GE Combi washer dryer I had. Even then it’s a great product and works wonders. Dropped 1 star due to ease of use. The screen and OS on the washer is very hard to use and customize. There are limitations you wouldn’t expect from an Android type OS. It’s slow and sluggish at times too.

I’ve been using the Samsung Bespoke AI Washer & Dryer Combo for a couple of months now, and overall, I’m really happy with the purchase. The all-in-one design is a huge space-saver and looks sleek in my laundry area. It handles medium to large loads without issue, and the Super Speed Wash is a real time-saver. I also appreciate the ventless drying—it makes setup much easier and more flexible. That said, the drying cycle can be a bit longer than traditional dryers, especially for heavier fabrics like towels. It’s something to be aware of, but not a dealbreaker considering the convenience of not needing to transfer clothes between machines. The AI features and app connectivity are also a nice touch, though they take a bit of learning to fully utilize. If you’re looking for a modern, efficient combo unit and are okay with slightly longer drying times, this model is worth the investment.

Was a little hesitant to purchase given the reviews. Good news is that its a set it and forget it appliance! Yes, if you have it set for the AI auto setting it takes Hours to complete depending on how soiled the items are. However, if you determine the settings, the wash and dry cycle are much shorter. We do not regret this purchase.

Easy to use and love the tech features. Clothes come out smelling so nice, too. It doesn't take as long to finish washing and drying clothes, plus we don't have to get the dryer going many times to get the clothes to dry up.

I got the unit used and did a DIY install, I really like the ventless feature. Hooking up was really easy. Although the unit is over 300 pounds so make sure you have a friend. The washes are really fast, the touch screen tablet can be confusing but it has built in videos to make it easy. The dryer takes longer than traditional gas/electric because it’s a heat pump based system. For normal day to day cycles I’m ok with the additional 15/20 min it takes for drying clothes. For a full unit of towels it took over 2 hours to dry, but the unit consumed 40% less power saving over .70$ per load in power.

Still figuring out if it is worth the money. I can say it is easy to install since no vent is necessary. The hot air used to dry the clothes is condensed to get the water out of it so heated recycled air is reheated to original temp using less energy. That’s good. It’s also nice to do one load from start to finish without moving clothes between washer and dryer. That’s good. The back of the machine sticks out a bit at the bottom requiring a deeper closet. Watch out for rat droppings below machine being replaced even if they are a decade old because the delivery service will not take your old machine if they see any and there is no warning stating this so you end up paying for a service you don’t get.

I've researched and watched these combo units years. Always waiting for a newer better model. 16 year old LG washer gave out. Repair or replace decision. Saw this new model and it ticked all the boxes. Told my wife, and she said OH, NOOOOOOO'. She had heard terrible things about them. i said this is IT. Have faith in my judgment. She has been singing its praises ever since. We are terrible about leaving loads in washer, then having to rewash. 3+/- hours load is washed and dried. Drying is much gentler on clothes. Perfect for us. We also have BnB which we use it for. when we have same day checkout and checkin she will then use our 16 yr old GE dryer in addition to this. Loads really move quickly. (Sheets, blankets, towels, rugs, pool towels.) It is also very quiet. in past we did not use w/d when guests were present. The laundry room is between house and BnB. This unit we can run even with guests checked in. When we move this unit will go with us. Dryer will stay with house. Perferct unit for 2 to 4 people. If more in household, buy a less expensive dryer along with this unit.

Really like how it does wash and drying in the same unit. Like how it is ventless and runs on a standard outlet of 120 volt. Took a while to understand how to navigate the platform. Found out it is energy efficient and we are amazed how much water, electricity and soap we save. We really like our purchase.

I've had this machine for a year now and still love it!! The only I wish is that I could set the dryer to different air temp settings (cool / hot). Works great on all my loads if I set the dryer to the 'more' setting to give it longer time. I usually use the speed wash cycle for most things except tennis shoes and bedding. Really glad I purchased it - it's been such a space saver!

Truly love this machine. It is quiet and i dont need to worry about forgetting the laundry and having to rewash it because of the mildew smell. I can throw a load of clothes before bed and it will be washed and dried un the morning ready for me to fold. The only thing you need is the water line and an outlet to get the machine to work. We saved money by buying this all in one instead of both a washer and a dryer. You will not regret it with all the extra space you will have in the laundry room! 10/10 recommend.

A few weeks into owning this beast and I have nothing but a glowing review. This is a device where smart features really enhance it, whether it be the app which alerts you to the state of each wash/dry cycle or the variety of AI options that detect what you are washing and adjust accordingly, you’ve never done laundry quite like this before. The freedom to put a load of wash in before you go to sleep and wake up to it washed AND dried is unparalleled. And the excessively low energy output makes the carbon footprint from this extremely small. If you are looking to free up some space in your laundry room or just want the whole washing and drying clothes experience to not be as miserable as we’ve all experienced, do yourself a favor and try this out

This is a great unit but beware that there is no manual unlock mechanism so if there is a system malfunction like what happened to us then you could have you clothes held hostage until the service tech comes. I has so much hope the the Korean tech who was connecting the mainboard through a laptop on our internet to the mothership in Korea still couldnt fix it and get my underwear out that had beed locked in there for over a week... the suggestion was to return it and that the Geek Squad would have the techical capability to unlock my undergarmets before returning the unit for exchange. I finally resorted to using a crowbar on Christmas Eve to pop the door open. Other than that it works great and we like it allot.
