I love our new washing machine. It is very quiet and it is nice to be able to connect it to my phone.

Very pleased with this Samsung washer. The agitator definitely makes a difference with washing clothes and blankets.

It is a great washer as long as your home doesn't have a water efficiency flow valve. I continue experiencing water supply errors on certain cycles that require high pressure. Once the flow valve is adjusted, the washer has already produced an error and attempts to restart the cycle. Other than that, it's a really good washer. Samsung needs to add an override feature for the water supply error.

Excellent washer!!! Love the agitator as it does not damage any clothes. Deep fill cycle works as advertised. Having the ability to have a faucet in the washer is also an amazing feature!

Great Product...Lousy Customer service. So according to the best buy delivery page on what to expect, The team that delivers is supposed to unbox it, remove the trash and place it in a room of your choosing up to the 3rd floor. Instead, they just left, still boxed up and placed it in my garage, then left with me protesting. When I called the company later, they told the supervisor that I was playing a switch console and told them to put it in the garage. But that is not what happened. So I called back and got them to come back the next day to correct the situation. Only they never showed.

Washer machine is a great addition. Has many features, easy to under, and leaves the clothes very clean. It’s spacious enough to fit two king size beds. Well worth the purchase

Very cute and wash very good, over all pleased with the product.

I'm really getting a lot of use out of this washer. It is so good looking in Black. The different washing modes and settings are a real convenience. The fact that the completion of a wash is visible on my Samsung phone, watch and television is amazing. Being able to control the wash with my phone is also a great thing.

Love everything about it. Love the faucet inside, the huge drum, the setting options, the fact that you can set things from your phone aaand that it’s relatively quiet.
