Nice washer except the agitator makes a rubbing noise as it turns back and forth and doesn't whish the clothes back snd forth hard enough to move them around to push the items down to bottom. Whats on top stays on top. Other washer i had with an agitator would bring the clothes from bottom to top and all around. This one doesnt.

Perfect washing machine for a large household. The large drum holds a lot of clothes and the agitator was a must for me. Very quiet compared to my last machine. It is tall and deep, so some people might have trouble reaching the clothes at the bottom. My wife uses tongs and it works out just fine.

I love this washer and it's everything I've wanted! It has multiple settings to fit your needs! It's very spacious so you can wash a big comforter inside it and it cleans it really well! You can wash multiple towels and there's still space inside it! If you're looking for a washer that washes clothes really well and has a lot of space then this is the washer for you! I forgot to mention this when i was reviewing the dryer, but the matching dryer has a "STEAM" setting and also a "SANITIZE" setting which I love!! Buy this washer and dryer set!!

I absolutely love this Samsung Smart Top Load Washer! The 5.4 cu. ft. capacity is perfect for large loads, and the ActiveWave Agitator cleans thoroughly without being too rough on my clothes. Bought this washing machine about 7-8 months ago and couldn't be happier! The capacity is enormous and having an agitator again is thr bees knees! Our previous 2 machines didn't and we need that extra scrubbing action. Another bonus with this machine is the prewash option. I use it for all of our towels, bedding, and of course the guys' jeans when they've got dirt/mud ground in. Also, has an option to add extra rinses so thats always nice to have when needed.

I was interested in the possibility of using my phone to operate the washer but in real life I just don’t see it as being helpful, so I regret paying more for a washer that has the WiFi option. Also, I am 5’2 and I need a stool to get all of the clothes out. And I really only use about 3 of the settings. And adding the detergent is kind of a pain, the detergent drawer thingy needs to come out a bit farther. Overall I do like the washer. It’s quiet and seems to wash well. We’ve had it for about a month.

This machine is awesome, quiet, efficient, very easy to operate, and it holds a lot of items. I highly recommend this product.

I went from owning an LG front loader which i loved to this top load with the agitator because my wife didn’t like the front loader. Full disclosure, we owned the front loader for about 14 years and in that time frame, we had to have it serviced less than 5 times, so it was solid. But, after a while, our laundry just wasn’t coming out clean due to years of wear and mildew. Fast forward to this nifty machine and I got to say, it was money well spent. It does the job of cleaning our laundry wonderfully. Clothing come out the washer smelling fresh and clean. The audible tones it makes are pretty cool and the fact that it connects to WiFi and I’m able to see the status of the load on the Smart Things app is definitely a nice feature. Through the app, im able to tell when the laundry cycle is complete, or if it’s out of balance and even when to run a tub cleaning. Great product and would definitely recommend it.

great washer with high capacity. Uses enough water to get clothes really clean. Its really deep and you might need a step to help get to the bottom of the washer. Lots of cycle options to choose from for a totally custom wash.

Seems to clean very very well. The drum is very deep and holds large loads well but I am short and the depth does make it a stretch for me to unload

Love my new large capacity Samsung Washer. Connects to Smart Things App so it lets me know when it's done. My clothes, linens, and towels feel and smell so much cleaner. No complaints!!!

Very quiet, it's large enough for comforters, etc. If you have regular laundry, it works well, however, if you have Children and pets with heavy stains, this is not the washer for you. It does not clean well no matter which detergent you choose it will not clean heavily soiled laundry.

My Samsung washer is the best washing machine I've ever had. It is very quiet and cleans my clothes well.

The washer so far is excellent, wife loves the size can do bigger loads and get laundry knocked out in a matter of a couple loads. The only issue is the depth. Which we fixed with an extended reach claw.

So far in the short time we have had the product, it has been an excellent experience. Really like the options on the washer, how well it cleans our clothes, the quietness of the washer, and the ease of the operation.
