So far in the short time we have had the product, it has been an excellent experience. Really like the options on the washer, how well it cleans our clothes, the quietness of the washer, and the ease of the operation.

The washer does its job but as others have stated the drum is very deep so if you are under 5'10 then you may want to avoid this washer. I'm only 5'8 and I don't care much but it may bother others. Also, just because the drum is huge and can fit tons of clothes doesn't mean you can fill it to the top. Make sure to use it as a residential washer and not a commercial washer or you will end up with clothes not washed and dried. Efficiency is great. I track the usage via smart things app and it uses next to nothing. My home network rack uses wayy more power than this washer so consider that.

I knew I wanted an agitator in a washing machine I’ve always felt like the newer washer and dryers are not as efficient as the old ones as far as cleaning clothes. This washer leaves clothes clean and smelling fresh. By far one of my favorite purchases.

Love this washer!!! It has a very large capacity and we can wash everything we need in minimal loads. One great feature is it self cleans. It literally tells you when and there is a dedicated setting that all you have to do is push a button and it cleans itself. It is also very quiet which is a huge plus if you want to do a load of laundry while you sleep. I am very happy with my purchase. Delivery was on time and very professional.

Excellent washing machine. Can handle large, heavy loads with ease, such as Queen sized comforters and bedding. It’s also extremely quite and gets our clothing the cleanest we seen.

Purchased this washer for my new home and I’ve had no issues at all with it! Love that its app-integrated so I can get notified on my phone when to switch the loads over if I’m busy working on other chores. The load capacity is huge too! Bonus points that it looks so sleek. Only complaint is minor, which is the location of the detergent tray. Othetwise, Would definitely recommend!

This washing machine is quiet and efficient It also has a lot of space for large bedding.

I really like this machine it has the right amount of water and cleans my clothes well. The only thing is that it does take a long time to wash. But I don't have a problem with that. If I am in a hurry I just put it on the quick wash and it washes in 30 minutes.

Does a good job of cleaning clothes . Overall review is five stars with the only negative thing to say is it is a bit on the louder side when washing. Easy to use and the digital readout of time left is a nice feature. Size of the machine allows for entire bed sheets and comforters to be washed at the same time, and no more trips to the laundromat to wash rugs. I would recommend this washer to others.

So far I love the washer. Much "smarter" than my old one. I didn't need all the extra stuff on it but I am really liking the features. I got this one because of the spool agitator in it. My old one came with the flat agitator and I really didn't care for how it washed. That agitator broke a lot sooner than I would have expected and was going to be more costly to repair (if they could) than I was willing to pay. This Samsung is working really well and I hope that it will work for many years.

I have used the Samsung Washing Machine with the agitator for several loads and so far it has been wonderful. Washes clothes well and has zero issues. Come hunting season I’ll have a more thorough understanding of what it can do, but so far exceeded my expectations it has a ton of room.

It was a pleasant surprise the cleanliness of the clothes; quite smooth and noiseless. Truly happy with it!

Geek squad makes shopping, buying, delivery and installation a snap on appliances! My wife really likes the top loading washer. Went old school for the agitator (which this one has a modern design). It has been great thus far. Owned it for a month! Make sure you check out a Total Tech membership prior to purchasing. It is what makes us choose Best Buy for appliances every time! Not to mention competitive pricing and many brands to chose from.

Upgraded from front loader. Love this machine and how clean my clothes smell. The tub is large and deep I am 5ft 2 so I’ve to use a step stool to reach in to get small items out. Easy to use many options I have not used yet. Machine casing is not as bulky as old washer I have more room in laundry area. Enjoy the Smart option use.

i didnt realize how big this would be. im 5'7" i have to stand on my tippy toes to get everything out of the washer. which is not a complaint! im very happy with this purchase. i love the color too. no issues at all. the install was quick and easy & i even made it to work on time. very happy
