I like that I’m notified on my app when the clothes are done. No more double washing. It’s sleek and surprising light. The only issue is my wife needs a step stool to get all the clothes out. It’s deep but I guess that’s the price you pay for a big washer.

I purchased this washer/dryer set on Black Friday, 2024 because this was the largest-capacity set I could find with good reviews as we are a family of 7. Unfortunately, just one year later, it is already not working properly. The washer has very little power—the agitation barely moves the clothes. I have frequently noticed that my laundry is still dirty after completing a full wash cycle. Even worse, when washing something as simple as a single blanket, the machine will rinse but never spin, leaving the blanket completely soaked. Around the 13-minute mark, it restarts the rinse cycle despite the blanket already being completely drenched. This repeats over and over until I realize what its doing and manually stop it, resulting in a complete waste of water and electricity. I paid $1,500 for this set, and now I’m already looking at replacing it after only one year. This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable.

Four kids - lots of sports - love we can throw in giant loads. It is TALL - so keep that in mind when thinking of getting the clothes out. We have a tall family so it works great for us!

I am very pleased. Being able to do large loads such as blankets, is a life saver. Although, the price of all washing machines has gone up too much.
