I have owed my washer a year now and it works great. It is a huge capacity and its tall. I like that I can connect it to my things app and has cool features. Worth the money.

never owned a washer this fancy, it plays music at the end, alters time based on whats in the load by sensing, its really really quite all around a solid washer i recommend oh it also has wifi so itll notify you when done and you can restart it from the app

Nice big washer. Does everything it is supposed to do. Can hook it up with an app and use it from your phone. I have not done that and probably won't. Easy purchase from Best Buy! Timely delivery.

Just started using it. Powerful cleaning, quiet operation, and smart features, but slightly longer cycle times. That's just off of the first few loads. Hoping it stays that way! Capacity is fine for clothing, but our comforter did not fit that well. Rest of the bedding fit fine. Not noisey at all.

Great purchase at a great price. This is a very well made machine that is pretty much soundless. You don’t know it’s running. The cloths are clean & fresh after each wash.

We bought our last washer over 10 years ago and it was finally starting to have problems. We went shopping to pick out a new washer, expecting to get one about the same size as our old one (4.5 cubic feet). When my wife saw this 5.4 cubic feet Samsung washer, she immediately wanted it. I liked the features, the build quality, and the fact it was a smart washer that could connect to Samsung SmartThings

Clothes are clean and the machine spins out well. I do love the features of "bedding" - which allows you to wash waterproof items safely. I do find that I need to make sure to use the "deep water" setting for what I'd consider a medium/large load. My daughter has the same machine and uses the deep water setting as well.

Excellent choice. I can do 2 loads of clothes in 1 time. Love it
