I recently purchased this washer and have no complaints. It wahes large loads and towels with ease. Its somewhat quiet and doesnt make that much noise.

It is an excellent machine. The capability to use the app on your phone is a plus. Just remember only wash pants and blue jeans together no other clothing should go into the washing machine when you are washing colors. Separate them. Love the machine.

This washer ROCKS! This machine is a beast i have thrownd everything I can think of i have that can be washed . Blankets bed pads a full load of Jeans. This machine kicks butt. I love the little chime music it plys. And with the Smart Things app it sends to a message when it is done. Washing clothes has become my favorite chore!

The washer/dryer work great and the delivery and installation was also great.

I came from an older, agitator washer, so this washer has been absolutely amazing (and saves a little more energy). The size is perfect, with plenty of space for blankets, dog beds, or anything you decide to throw at it. Having said that, this washer’s Pet Care Solution is my favorite feature. I have a Frenchie, so he sheds a lot, and it’s those smaller fine hairs, but with this washer, his bed and blankets come out looking so good (removing almost all the pet hair). Also, I feel a little more at ease with Samsung’s product now that they offer a 20-year motor warranty (beating LG’s motor warranty). Overall, I just can’t recommend enough. I feel so spoiled with this washer (and dryer, since I got the matching set).

Love it!!! The color, the features, the functionality!!!

We love the top loader (I don't have to bend over and contort myself to get into it like the front loader). It's quiet and does a great job! And the install was seamless and quick!

We love this washer so far! It has a large capacity and gets our clothes so clean.

Clothes come out very clean and smelling great. Easy to operate also.

I really like the capacity of this washer. It can clean a comforter well, unlike others I’ve had in the past. He impeller washes the clothes nicely. All the liquids are blended into the cycle without residue left in the container. Reasonably priced!

It's so exciting to be able to easily choose every element of each wash. I wanted a washer that had a filter since I have little dogs and it's not easy to keep hair out of the wash. These filters are easy to clean and help give me confidence for a better wash.

this is a very big washer! I didn’t realize just how big it is. I put large loads in (what I consider large loads) and it handles it well. I always bought front loaders but this machine had easy filters to get to. I have 2 dogs and I love this machine because of the filters inside the machine. The filters work great & so easy to get to.

I'm loving my new Samsung petcare washer and dryer! The navy color is so sharp! I also love the way they deal with my 2 labrador retrievers' hair! The only issue is that being short I need to stand on a stool to get things out of the bottom of the washer!

Works great, and its fairly quiet. Also the pet hair catcher actually works well. Clothes are much cleaners now.

Pet hair is not an issue. It works beautifully. The coloyis magnificent. Still working out all the features but a beautiful Samsung Product.

I love it! I have two GSD mix dogs, and I volunteer at an animal shelter. As a result, I am often covered in dog hair, and though there is no machine that is going to get rid of every hair, this washer, along with the dryer combo, has definitely helped. I also love the deep bin & the ability to wash even a king sized comforter. 10 out of 10, would totally buy again.

Bought the set works wonderful at making clothes feel clean and free of pet hair

I absolutely LOVE my Samsung washing machine! It catches the pet hair and fuzzies from blankets with ease. I love how I can see on my phone when its done or needs a self cleaning cycle!

Base price pretty high, but I purchased on a 40% off and got an additional $100 off for buying the pair. BB also threw in $200 in gift cards with the pair, so this was a pretty good deal. That said, washer runs quietly, clothes seem to be clean, and cycle times are decent. Capacity of the tub is good too, but because the dispensers are different I keep leaving the little drawer open :)
