I've never had such a great washer! It fits double of what my old washer could, washes clothes incredibly well, multiple setting, and the best part is that if there is any issues with the washer you can download an app on to your phone scan a code on the washer that lights up and you get a full diagnostic. I would definitely recommend this washer!

Easy to use. Gets my clothes cleaner. And is very quiet when it's in use.

So far I really love this washer. The Deep Fill option is great. I didn't really need the Active WaterJet but it came with it and I didn't think I would ever use it to pre-wash clothes however I do use it to put a little water in my detergent bottles to get the very last bit of detergent out of them so none goes to waste. A lot of reviews noted that it was too tall for short women to reach the bottom comfortably but I am 5 ft and I really don't have a problem. Yes I do have to reach a little but it's not as bad as it was bending down reaching into my old front loader. This beats a front loader by a mile and a half. I will never go back to a front loader after having this Samsung top loader. By the way Best Buy delivery was a breeze!

I’ve only done 15 loads of laundry so far and no complaints! The drum is HUGE!....I’m 5’5” and wonder if I’d be able to reach the bottom if I was much shorter. Initially, I felt bad doing a small load but the washer adjusts water to the weight of the clothes. I’ve only used the presets and they seem to work well. Sometimes, the clothes have come out twisted/tied together but no different than a front load. This washer replaced a front load and I couldn’t be more happy! No more rubber gasket to clean! The design is unique in that the top door is at an angle. I tend to put the folded clothes from the dryer on top of the units....I worried that I couldn’t stack clothes on top of these but it’s not a problem.

High capacity high efficiency great machine at a good fair price

So far since I have had this I have had no issues. The only issue I had was when they came to deliver the washer they broke one of the legs underneath it. They wanted to take it back and work on ordering another one for me. This after they already unhooked my old washing machine. Since I was without a washer for over a month because the previous one stopped working I told them that wasn't going to work. Luckily I was thinking on my feet and told them to check the previous washer was Samsung check to see if the legs under match. Luckily they did or who knows how long I would have waited. I have had no issues with the washer and cleans laundery very well. I would recommend.

Great washer and very lightweight and easy to move around my house. It does its job of cleaning clothes well. However I don't think it cleans as well as my Samsung front load washer but the front loader takes a very long time to wash even on normal cycle. Not very noisy.

This washer is so easy to use and leaves my clothes super clean but it does leaves clothes a little linty and depending on the setting it can take up to 2hrs ,you might have to leave the top lid open so you washed doesn’t sweat or leave water behind

This is a very good washer. I now have several Samsung appliances and electronics and am happy with them. There are two small changes I'd like on this machine: (1) Either backlight the functions text or add more contrast to the print and (2) Level the top so it doesn't slant. I purchased this online and didn't realize the glass lid wasn't flat so some items slide off the surface.

This washer is HUGE! Very easy to use! All the different setting are great for everything you need to wash. Even has the sink option to rinse or scrub items before putting in the washer. Love this washer. Bought it with the dryer. Definitely recommend to everyone

This washing machine makes washing clothes very easy. It is wonderful not to have an agitator in the middle. Instead more clothes can be washed at once. The clothes receive a high quality clean.

Got sick of a hi efficiency washer with no water so we bought this one. Giant load capacity, water level is nice, love the glass top to see inside. Hard to reach the clothes in the bottom of your 5’4” though. Seems to work well and pretty quiet.

The washer and dryer work great, love the features and ease of use. The nice tune it plays when finished is a surprisingly nice bonus. They look great too! Best Buy's delivery service was excellent. They were attentive and efficient.

Works great so far...glad I made the purchase. Just have to get used to the washing methods sometimes it doesn’t drain all the way (user error) I’m sure. Just night the matching dryer and love that!

Purchased last month & so far I love my washer. Samsung has great compacity, runs smooth, & washes great in all cycles. Would recommend highly!

Best Buy was the only store within a 50mile radius that could get item in a timely fashion. Extremely large capacity. Fits bedding and much more. No issues at all. Easy to hook up and move around.

Best washing machine ever. Huge enough for king size comforters. No annoying agitator. Delay timer is perfect for having wash finishing as you return home.

This machine is perfect for big families. Clothes come out fresh and clean and as stated before you can clean a lot of clothes at one time. And...none of the problems that you get with the front loaders.

Not fingerprint resistant as advertised. It’s a fingerprint magnet. It’s literally covered in noticeable fingerprints. So, wiping them off constantly is a little annoying. That, and the end of cycle chime sounds like a Nokia ringtone circa 2003 that plays for a whole minute straight. Yeah, you can disable that but then you get no notification letting you know your clothes are done. Why can’t there be an option to have it just ding a couple times? Something more equivalent to a text message sound rather than a whole Yankee Doodle length ringtone that makes you want to rip off your ears like 20 seconds into it. Options, Samsung. That’s all we’re asking for... options.

Cleans clothes really well. Got dirt and stains out of a toilet throw rug that my old washer never could. I used the same soap so it had to be the machine. All the cycles except express wash run for a longer time than my old washer which had an agitator so be prepared for that. The only thing I do not like is that it plays music instead of buzzing when the cycle is complete.
