Came in on time works fine. Quiet operation cleans the clothes well

I recently (3 years ago) purchased a similar but different Samsung washer and it was loud and just didn’t seem to perform. This washer is stylish, had more settings than I use, and it cleans the clothes. I do end up putting the soil level setting a little higher so that some more water fills up the tub, but outside of that I have no issues with this. It’s relatively quiet for a washer too which is an added bonus!

Thus washer is so nice. Its very deep holds all kinds of cloths blankets. Easy to operate.

Well it functions without leaking. But it has so many features we are just learning to use them. The older machine was able to get the clothes cleaner. We are hoping with time comes understanding of the features and we will be able to get the load cleaner. The capacity hold the comforter, which is great.

I've never had such a great washer! It fits double of what my old washer could, washes clothes incredibly well, multiple setting, and the best part is that if there is any issues with the washer you can download an app on to your phone scan a code on the washer that lights up and you get a full diagnostic. I would definitely recommend this washer!

Amazing capacity. Need to not be the shortest person or shorter arms to get all wet items out after the cycle. The features are great. Delicates could/should get an extra spin cycle but then again, it could just be in the dryer longer (I think it would be less energy to spin than to heat and tumble). Other than that, great product as expected from Samsung!

This washer has a massive tub! It's big enough to fit a Grand King comforter comfortably with room to spare. It has many features and is very simple to use. Wash times are better than expected and the water sprayer inside really comes in handy. High recommended washer.

It’s a beautiful machine rubber on the bottom so it doesn't scratch dark lid and it's not noisy at all i would definitely recommend this machine to anyone looking for a good quality washing machine with lots of features at a reasonable price we are very satisfied.

We enjoy our top-load washer, so much room for large loads. Very pleased with the delivery and set-up! My son is moving into his new house and we recommended this very same set. :) I found that you can't use the water dispenser inside the washer unless a cycle is chosen. Gave it four stars for this.

I’ve only done 15 loads of laundry so far and no complaints! The drum is HUGE!....I’m 5’5” and wonder if I’d be able to reach the bottom if I was much shorter. Initially, I felt bad doing a small load but the washer adjusts water to the weight of the clothes. I’ve only used the presets and they seem to work well. Sometimes, the clothes have come out twisted/tied together but no different than a front load. This washer replaced a front load and I couldn’t be more happy! No more rubber gasket to clean! The design is unique in that the top door is at an angle. I tend to put the folded clothes from the dryer on top of the units....I worried that I couldn’t stack clothes on top of these but it’s not a problem.

We love this washer. Install was great, and the washer is HUGE. It's pretty deep for any short folks out there (under say 5'5") to reach the bottom of the tub, but we love it. With a family of six, it gets through the laundry more efficiently than anything we've owned before.

I love the machine. It has all the right features and is huge! The problem is that my 5' 2" wife can't reach the bottom of the unit to get the wet clothes out of it. It was quite funny the first few times. So, I really like the unit except for that fact.

This is without a doubt the best washing machine I've ever owned. It's quiet and cleans everything completely in what seems faster than the Whirlpool I had gotten from Sears prior. Customer service was top notch, didn't feel pressured and he was very knowledgeable.

We really like this machine it’s huge uses little water and the clothes come out clean and not beat up. Wash cycle is a bit long if you are in a hurry it has a “quick mode” still no so quick. This model is like a big commercial washer at the laundry mat.

This washing machine makes washing clothes very easy. It is wonderful not to have an agitator in the middle. Instead more clothes can be washed at once. The clothes receive a high quality clean.

Very large capacity, super quiet. Lot of features.

Great washer and very lightweight and easy to move around my house. It does its job of cleaning clothes well. However I don't think it cleans as well as my Samsung front load washer but the front loader takes a very long time to wash even on normal cycle. Not very noisy.
