Without the agitator, I am able to wash large quantities of clothes. Although I haven’t tried it, it appears that I can wash a comforter. This is a great compliment to my dryer. I’m still learning all the features. I love the music that plays at the end which is so much better than the boring buzz.

Very pleased with the delivery and set-up! My son is moving into his new house and we recommended this very same set. :) I found that you can't use the water dispenser inside the washer unless a cycle is chosen. Gave it four stars for this.

Need to not be the shortest person or shorter arms to get all wet items out after the cycle. The features are great. Delicates could/should get an extra spin cycle but then again, it could just be in the dryer longer (I think it would be less energy to spin than to heat and tumble). Other than that, great product as expected from Samsung!

It's pretty deep for any short folks out there (under say 5'5") to reach the bottom of the tub, but we love it. With a family of six, it gets through the laundry more efficiently than anything we've owned before.

I would have rated higher but we are not sure if the water fill is adequate to properly cleaning the clothes. I mean washing clothes is why we bought this, right? All clothing ends up wet, look, and smell clean when taken out of the wash but no one can seem to tell me if the clothes should be completely covered/submerged in water while washing. Ease of use is average but could be difficult if you haven’t purchased a washer in the last 10 years. I read the manual on this one.

Quick wash is a huge time saver and clothes comes out smelling super clean. Many different cycles and combinations to use for your laundry. Nice little tones when interacting with washer and when cycle is done.
