Wash cycles are a lot longer than the standard machine (non HE) we had before. A normal cycle takes 56 minutes. If you use cold water it increases the time significantly. And the Whites cycles take nearly 2 hours! It’s easy to use, big washing space, gets clothes clean

Love this washer! So many settings and it is way bigger than I thought It would be. Delivery guys were fantastic and accommodating. Only purchased a couple of weeks ago, but it has not given me any problems yet!

It cleans clothes well. I purchased this based on others reviews. I love how it adds extra water. Once I washed a small load of delicates, it kept running water and gave errors on how it was unbalanced. No issues since. Sometimes it makes a bang noise when it is spinning. I do like the washer.

My Kenmore washer stopped draining water properly so I bought this 1. Man, the thing is way bigger than my old 4.8 ft washer. It drains the clothes so well, I don’t have to set my dryer heat to high anymore. I don’t wanna spend the $ but I can’t wait to get the matching dryer. SAMSUNG U R AWESOME

This is without a doubt the best washing machine I've ever owned. It's quiet and cleans everything completely in what seems faster than the Whirlpool I had gotten from Sears prior. Customer service was top notch, didn't feel pressured and he was very knowledgeable.

I’ve only had this a few weeks, but this washer is great so far. Lots of cycles to choose from and a huge tub. If you are under 5’5” tall, you may need a step stool to reach the bottom while getting the clothes out.

Great washer, I didn’t quite understand why it used such a small amount of water in the beginning. After watching YouTube videos on the washer now I understand. I’m all for saving money using less water. Also my clothes come out very clean.

I really like my washer. However, if you are short I would recommend getting a smaller one. The drum is deep and hard to get clothes out of. I am a average height and have to use a grabber to get the last few items out. It cleans very well.

Large capacity so I can get large blankets, dog beds, pillows. Cleans well. Best of all, there is no odor coming from the machine Like my old front loader!! Very happy with my purchase and the my sales rep.

This washer is an excellent value for the size and efficiency of its use. The clothes come out very clean. I add more detergent in the drum because the dispenser does not hold enough.

Shopped around for weeks after multiple visits to multiple retailers we decided to add to our long list of Samsung home products. Received washer and dryer over a month ago and so far so good. I will follow up in a few months and update my reviews.

I really love my new washing machine--only "trick" is getting to the bottom. I'm a little short and need a stepping stool. Otherwise, washer seems to be doing the job well and can really wash huge loads, which I love.

This washing machine does a great job washing clothes! There are several washing options that are easy to use. It's large enough to handle big loads, but not too big if there is a small load. It looks great too!

Huge capacity washer machine but it does take exceptionally long amount of time to do most loads of laundry has a lot of great features knows the loan size based on the weight of the laundry that you put in it

Love this washer as this is my 2nd Samsung Washer. The only drawback is I am 5' 4" and the bottom of the washer is a reach for me to get to, but I just stretch to get everything out.

The automatic sensor water filler not is good because any load of cloth tries to calculate how much quantity there is, the water does not cover all the clothes so I need to press hold, open the cap and add more water and detergent directly to cover the cloth to mix very well water/detergent/clothe so this way works better (I don't use the trays in these steps). At the end the fabric softener works like sprinkles to rinse clothes and is not ok, so I use the tray for the detergent but I put the fabric softener (at the same time when adding extra water). After months this is my review.

It was time to replace our 16 year old washer. This was on sale, delivery and set up was excellent. i'm getting accustomed to all of the settings. Lots of bells and whistles for the price
