Great working washer with good features. Got it on sale and it was for a very affordable price. So far I'm happy with this purchase.

I love the depth of it. Almost on the level of commercial size. Cleans my clothes very well. Will be buying a couple of these for my food pantry soon.

Took me several loads before getting down the electronic settings but after I got used to it , I love it! With the huge capacity I can wash blankets or several sets of sheets without doing one set at a time or 6 pair of men's jeans without having to worry if it's too large of a load is a big time saver! It also saves on detergent with the dispenser that tells me when its enough (my husband always added wayyyy more detergent in my old machine, I was buying it all the time, lol). Last but not least, it really saves on water due to calculating the weight of the load! Highly recommend!

I upgraded my old Samsung washer and dryer that I had for about 5 years. This was an excellent choice because it’s about 5 upgrades from my last set. I love the fact that it has a water spout in the washer so I can prewash my clothes and the fact that it bigger and I can fit my comforters in with run to spare. I LOVE everything about my new washer. The dryer is excellent as well. I love that it has a see through door like the washer and it has a light so you can see your clothes drying and also when you open up the door the light comes on. I would definitely recommend this set to family and friends!

My washing machine is great. It's so big. I needed to be able to fit comforters in a washing machine. This one does the trick. Thank you Best buy!

A great washer for the price. Have the matching dryer as well, a great combo. Can handle large loads. Love the lid design, one that actually stays up when open.

It is very quiet, washes clothes super good and can be able to turn off the finish cycle indicator which is pretty loud.

I have had this washer for about a month and so far it has been a great washer. Everything comes out looking and smelling clean. The only cons I have found so far is that unless you use the quick wash mode all other modes take well over an hour to wash. All washer might take that long, I don’t know, but I know this one does. Also, it is a very deep and tall washer so if you are shorter it is hard to reach the bottom of the washer. Overall I think it was a good purchase.

I really like the large capacity to wash comforters, blankets, and pillows. The machine is easy to operate. It’s a great top load machine.

Purchase my product about three and half weeks ago, excellent washing machine. This is my first washing machine in the last 19 years, last one was a Kenmore, made by Sears, which I enjoyed a lot. The Samsung washer had everything I wanted it was large, stainless steel and at a reasonable price. The user manual was easy to read and understand, excellent instructions. Samsung have met my expectation and more, excellent washing machine. I hope I can get 19 years out of this washing machine. So far I am out to a great start.

We purchased this recently and are very happy with our decision. It works great and cleans the clothes well. We have washed all kinds of stuff from king bedding , comforters and so on. So far it has handled everything we have thrown at it.

Great washer. I am able to wash large loads with ease and it cleans everything.

Uses very little water but uses more electricity since a laundry cycle takes nearly 2 hours to do one load

Second Samsung washer we've owned, last one lasted 10 yrs with never having to be serviced. However, it was a front loader and I would never own one again. I cleaned it regularly and it would still smell moldy and get a moldy ring if I didn't constantly clean it and yes I left the door open too. This is new one is extra large capacity and I love it. But if you are short make sure you can reach into the bottom. Im 5ft 7 and I have to reach pretty far to get items from the bottom.

I love this washer because it is very easy to use and it is big enough to wash a lot of clothes.
