Bought this to replace old front load LG. Got it on sale arond the holidays and it was a pretty good deal. So far we are loving it. Sanitize cycle is great and having the water flow you can turn on while loading is great too. Next time matching dryer goes on sale will probably get that too.

I got the whole thing, washer and dryer. The washer is really nice and washes well. The cylinder is very deep actually deeper than my last washer. I have not tried the Steaming part yet, but I love this machine. The Champagne is simply beautiful.

Easy-to-use. There's setting for beddings/repellant, heavy duty, quick wash, delicate and more. The basin is really large, good for comforters. There's a separate container for the bleach. And if you want to put more water just press "deep fill". There's a lot of features.

Would have a higher rating but had difficulty when it was hooked up. Was corrected and had to do some plumbing of our own (which was frustrating) but now works very well. So far, pleased to have properly cleaned clothes.

I love this washing machine! My clothes always come out clean and smelling fresh and I love that it doesn't have an agitator which are rough on my clothing or a rubber seal which always get moldy/mildewy. Cycles are general quick but I love all the options for stained loads.

Love this washing machine. We have our laundry room on the 2nd floor and have used a front loader which shook the house! This machine doesn't cause any noticeable vibrations. I love all of the options. It is getting our clothes clean.

Our first washer did a great job, as did Best Buy. When it was time to buy a new one, going back to Best Buy, and buying the same brand was an easy decision. The washer works great, and I love the water feature to pre treat garments if needed.

I purchased this washer as a replacement. It was worth the price and the quality is amazing. I can do 2 loads of laundry instead of 1. It has bedding, heavy duty, steam, sanitize and many other features.

I had to replace my Maytag top loader washer after I only had it for a little over a year and I paid 1200 for it... But this Samsung so far it is good and the price is ok

This is a great washer dryer set. The water spout inside the drum is a nice feature, it almost acts as a sink to presoak clothes. It is a bit high for my wife, who is 5’ 3. But she is fine with using a stool.

So deep that I need a grabber to get the last layer of clothes out:( Not the washer’s fault. Mine for having short arms!! Otherwise a great machine. I love it.

Bought it 2 years ago with a matching Dryer. We're totally disappointed with their Washer. The biggest piece of junk I've ever bought! Only gets light use. My wife & I are both in our 50's, kids are gone, we do 1/2 loads at the most. The top is cracking all over the place and the lid hinge on the left side has collapsed. Photo's attached. Now we need to buy another one but not Samsung!

This Samsung washer was in stock and delivery and installation occurred just a few days after purchase. This is a very nice appliance and does everything I had hoped for and more.

Very happy with appliance itself. Delivery and install technicians were terrible and required 3 trips including not showing up on the first delivery day.

This machine has scratches in the inside cover as if it had been used. It has no pause, and no spin cycle only.

Amazing what these new machines are capable of. I love how much more they are energy efficient, use less water, etc. plus the addition of steam which is so nice!
