This washing machine is huge, while still looking sleek externally! The amount that can be fit into the washer is insane. Wash amounts that would pack my previous washer, only hits 1/3-1/2 of this washers capacity. You don't even know this machine is on while its washing. I forgot about needing to balance your wash load with top-loaders when you're washing heavy items, it's been some time since I've had a top-loader. So, any issue I've had so far was my own error. Love it!

Very nice washer. Deep tank with flexible control options. It's easy to use. The color is extremely versatile and looks sharp. I would have given it a 5 star if it weren't for the slanted lid; the design took away my workspace! Not a fan of this change. Also, I did not get a manual for the machine. I requested one from Best Buy. It has yet to arrive.

I recently bought this washer with matching dryer and they are terrific. The color is beautiful! The washer is a little bigger than what we had previously and I can tell. It holds so much laundry! Best Buy set them up for us quickly and professionally.

Love it! Moved to new state/new home and needed washer and dryer. Had front load at last house and was looking for something better. Love this washer! Does a great job cleaning and the washer is HUGE! I don't have to take king comforters to the laundrymat anymore! Bestbuy was the only company that had this washer (and dryer) in stock when I was looking to buy. Great delivery and set up. Very happy!

The washer and dryer I purchased are great. The Sales Rep and personnel at the desk were superb. The problem is strictly with the Two people who delivered the washer and dryer. The dryer was left with some white stuff all over the front of the door. They said they didn’t have anything with them to clean it off. I would have to clean it myself. I have used everything I have to clean it, but it won’t come off. I am very disappointed it wasn’t cleaned prior to being brought into my home. Also, the hose to the washer was left too long and sticks up above the washer. It doesn’t look very good. So, I have a dryer with messy areas I can’t get off the door and a hose that sticks up and shows from the front of the machine. The delivery men didn’t care and were definitely not helpful.

Loving this washer! The tub is so huge that I can barely reach the bottom but I don't mind since it washes way more laundry without packing it in. The steam function removed the smell from all of my exercise clothing that I couldn't get out with any detergent or hanging in the sun. It's relatively quiet also. Can't wait to replace my LG dryer with a Samsung.

Had to replace my Maytag Commercial 6.2 Top Loader BC it broke down just approaching 3 year mark. Wow. Washer is smaller 5.4 but big enough that you can clean a lot quietly. I believe it does not have that delay button like the Maytag did, but it is very user friendly. When washing cycle ends, the musical chimes is pleasant.

Me and and my wife needed an upgrade. Looked at several different top load washing machines. Decided to go with the Samsung. Had great features and wife loved the color. We have had it for about a month now and we absolutely love it. Huge capacity, very quiet and easy to use. Nothing but good so far.

Great product. Gets clothes very clean with less water. Easy to use and even plays a song when the wash is complete. 5.4 easily fits comforters so that I no longer need to go to a laundromat.

Many cycles and options (Almost too many to learn) Looks great, it's quiet and efficient. Loving the difference in our clothes

This is the best washer I have owned for washing bedding since there is no agitator in the middle. Clothes are a little damper than I like when finished washing but has not been an issue like I thought it may be. I love it...... I am short so I need a step stool to get to the bottom or getters other than that I would buy again. It is a super smart machine and cleans very well. For my family it is wonderful and there are 7 of us currently.

Lots of settings and most of the presets are able to be changed (for extra rinse and spin. Huge loads and comes out clean. It has a Deep Fill feature for when you need to wash fluffy stuff like blankets or pillows. This is a great washer for the price!!

Still getting use to this washing machine with all it's bells and whistles, and mean that literally. I really love the size of this machine and yes it does clean my clothes well. Beautiful color too.

DO NOT...I repeat, DO NOT BUY A SAMSUNG APPLIANCE. While I am a huge fan of the cell phones, the appliances do not match up. Barely 3 years in and it is beyond repair. A gasket, a hose, and who knows what else is faulty. While they are extremely attractive and sleek, it doesn't do the job well enough for long enough. Never again. Not to mention it ate everything up. I had to buy new towels and washcloths.

Purchased it 16 months ago. We are very happy with this washer > size, efficiency, quiet, and the price we paid
