The one bad thing is that the fabric softener compartment does not rinse out well with the cycle! This area gets a lot of buildup.

We share the washer with our upstairs neighbors who had a baby just after we bought this washer. The top washer is great for frequent small loads of baby clothes. One thing to know, do not overload either washer or use too much soap or the whole thing will shut down because water or suds have leaked out of the drum. If that happens, unplug the washer and tilt it forward to let the water run out the front. Then let it sit a day or so to dry out. Good as new after that. It's happened a few times to us, and we called in the repair techs the first time only to learn how to fix it myself. Other than that, no problems at all.
