It worked for 2 days then crashed. Repair center swapped out the board that they said was on recall and has worked good so far. Just a little disappointed Samsung didn’t call back inventory to fix the issue and left it in the consumers hand to get it replaced. Washer could use an interior light for low lite laundry rooms.

All the parts are metal, no plastic! They outdid themselves with this one! I researched til I was blue in the face and this has exceeded my expectations! It’s very deep! So only thing is if you are short you might need a little step stool to reach all the way to the bottom. But that is worth it for how well this machine cleans! 6 months later and I have no complaints whatsoever!

Unfortunately, it will continue to drain and rinse heavier items and will never spin. It does great for everything else though. The automatic dispenser for detergent and fabric softner has been amazing and saved us a lot of both products.
