Great size washer, can wash a big load of laundry with ease.

The washer is nice, but it uses an excessive amount of water. Pretty user friendly though which is nice. I do not recommend this washer if you have a well.

My Experience at Best Buy was Amazing!! My Salesman was Awesome he explained everything so well. He also showed me and my family how to operate the washer machine. He took his time explaining everything and so professional.

I'm not sure of the bad reviews though I've only had the washer a little over a month. I love it. I use the smartphone connection and love to know when my laundry is done and what type of "recipe" I should use for lunch.

I absolutely love this washer. This is the first washer to actually wash my husbands clothes in one wash and make them look almost brand new! If i have to buy another washer it will be one just like this again!

Excellent product at a fair price. It is, by far, the best washer I have purchased. It has great capacity (5.5 cu ft.) and a lot of features that make easier the washing process. You can also monitor it through Alexa and or the Iphone. I strongly recommend it.

I bought the Samsung W/D set and am so pleased. The installer said it was the first set of this he had installed. I didn't intend to buy the newest and greatest but very glad I did.

I think the washer does a good job. The reason I don't give it a 5-star rating is that on no setting does it fill sufficiently. Luckily, it has a deep fill button which causes more water to flow. There's also a button inside that allows one to manually add more washer to the tub. Both of those are great but it's inconvenient. I don't know if a technician could change the settings so that more water flows in at the start. I don't think the auto dispense buttons add sufficient detergent and fabric softener. Maybe I'm old school, but I like to see soap bubbles when the detergent is added.

I really love this new washer dryer combo from Samsung, I wasn’t a fan of top loaders but after owning these they’re perfect for our home. Washes my clothes really clean and the size really lets me wash comforters with additional clothes in the washer.

Handles all loads big and small. I dont think using smart phone with is needed at all

Wife really loves this washer. We like how it notifies us on our phones since my wife is pretty much watching novelas between loads. Gave it a 4 star because there was an issue with the within a month but BestBuy came out and exchanged it for another new one within a few days.

So far, the best machine I've owned. I look forward to doing laundry now. No complaints. I purchased online and scheduled delivery and installation and it was all so seamless and pain-free. I'm still amazed at all of it.

So far the best washer I’ve ever owned , this appliance is great for washing large comforters or just big loads of clothes , love the water jet function on this washer .

I really like this washing machine. There's alot of different settings and happy i don't have to struggle putting bedding in.

Haven't received but have viewed in-store. Gorgeous item!! Spacious and Dependable!! Samsung is a very reliable brand. I love Samsung from my washer, dryer, fridge, and phone! ❤ will most likely be to short to reach in to get my clothes. Lol But if i can wash larger items no complaints here!

Samsung auto dispense washer is an excellent product. Love using the speed wash so you can finish laundry very quickly. Love the way the washer presets the selections from the cycle settings. Great product. No more measuring out detergent.
