Delivered on 8/8 and first of all it always used hot water (hooked up correctly) but on 9/3 (less than a month) it kept repeating the wash cycle, would not unlock, would not drain...scheduled Samsung service...it's going to take 2 days of my clothes being held hostage, which will stink and be ruined in 2 days. You better pay extra for the geek squad or kiss $1100 good-bye
