Either filled with way too much water or not enough--even after calling Samsung to figure out how to recalibrate. It has a big laundry detergent compartment that you fill and just set the washer to the level of detergent you want to use. The problem is it defaults to off, so you have to remember to turn that setting on with every single load. Also I'm someone that likes to use different detergents depending on what I'm washing, and it was super annoying to have to fill the machine with water and then go back and add my detergent. Also it's very tall. I'm 5'6" and could reach the bottom, but someone shorter may have a hard time with that. And then the dryer... Automatically sets to an Eco Mode setting that takes forever and a day to dry your laundry.... If it dries at all. I tried multiple settings and my clothes were never dry--I had to run the cycle a few times. I returned this set for a front-loading LG washer and dryer and could not be more happy.

This is bigger and is just as nice. The Best Buy help, took my old one away for me and even though i was installing it myself, made sure I had everything i needed before they left. Hooked up easily and works great. I'm a few loads in and everything is perfect.
