Worst Service Ever

Four days ago (August 28th) it stopped working and gave the error on the app pictured. Have spent the last four days getting the runaround from Samsung customer service and have came no closer to resolving the problem! We basically paid nearly $1000 for the use of a washer for 5 months! This is insane, and the worst customer service I have ever received from ANY company! They will only text and then told us tech would contact, then tech would contact, then it was a system update and just be patient, then sorry your ticket has been closed and a tech will not be coming!! So we still have no washer and apparently Samsung is not going to honor the warranty on their product! Buy from a manufacturer who stands behind their products!!

I 've spent about 4 hours both on the phone and online trying to coordinate the replacement. Have you ever tried BestBuy customer service? I 've had the worst experience. I was tossed from one agent to another about 6 times. Each agent of course would start with collecting basic information about me and my concerns. My patience was not unlimited. I asked to speak a supervisor. Waited another 20-25 min on the phone. Instead of a supervisor I was connected to an agent named Jesus. While I still had my hopes high, I realized I needed to go through the same routine explaining what happened again. I gave up. I decided to leave this review instead. So that other customers don't repeat my mistake. Bottom line, do not buy from BestBuy, you may end up with damaged product without any opportunity to make a return.

Recently I notice that it is not flushing out all the water which could be causing that issue.

I only use regular detergent and haven’t even used bleach in the machine yet. The machine also goes out of balance during the spin cycle all the time. I am contacting Samsung and hoping for a replacement under the warranty given the rust issue. Overall not happy with this purchase at all.
