Good washer but is too much technology for a washer

I'm 5'5 and it's hard to reach the bottom of the washer. I also don't like that you have to set the clothes in a circle leaving the center open. But, the washer does a good job.

Best Buy! I’m so disappointed for your customer service and the way you handle situations… I was looking for a washer and dryer for long time and I picked Best Buy because I thought it’s a solid company. So I ordered both at the store, at the time when technician installed the washer he turned it on (washer) and turned it on to check if the washer was working but didn’t stay to the end he left the house, at the end of the washing cycle,pipe that drains the water was broken, I had water all over the place in my laundry room!!! I called customer service to explain what happened they said they will send technician but in couple of days… ok so I technician came to “fix” and guess what? He came but unprepared, with no tools and no pipe to be exchanged… he said he didn’t come to fix the washer… with attitude. My husband lost one day because the only available time they had was 7 till 1 and I wanted to be done immediately, it was between holidays and I had guests in the house and I have 3 years old baby… I called customer service again they said I have to wait another week because they didn’t not have available days to come asap, so ok I said please come on Saturday because I work, while I was talking with one of the representatives she did the appointment on Friday I told her about it that I received confirmation And that I want appointment of Saturday, she apologized but never removed the appointment for Friday, before that day I received an email saying that my appointment is coming on Friday so I called the customer service and I explained whole situation but they said that they see appointment for Friday but not Saturday. I told them I have to work then if someone will come on Friday please come as early as possible their respond was - sure I just called our team you will be the first customer in the morning. Ok.. on Friday I woke up I was waiting for them until 8am nobody showed up, thanks god I could ask my cousins to stay in the house and wait for them, they came at 1 o’clock and I WAS THE LAST CUSTOMER. Ok They exchanged the washer everything now is ok I saw little scratches on the washer but I told myself that it’s ok I’m tired of Best Buy I don’t even want to call them anymore. Saturday came and technician called me that he is coming to my house with attitude that he has been calling me for 5 times and I don’t pick up the phone… I was supposed to receive an email with a confirmation for recompense but guess what …nothing that I received. So I have to call them again … I’m so dissatisfied, disappointed. Please if you want to buy a washer go to Home Depot or Lowes, maybe they won’t have something on stock because of Covid and you gona wait but at least you will be handled with care. Shame on you Best Buy!!!

love the look and size better than the performance.

The only Samsung product with auto dispense, very disappointed, I still have to put tide pods in the washer to make sure my clothes are being washed, the auto dispense unit either uses very very little detergent and fabric softener or it’s not dispensing at all, I had to exchange one time to make sure it was not working, I’m still not sure if it works, I will not buy an auto dispense washer again

Beautiful washer and was great while it worked. 4 months and the buttons quit responding. I get it things sometimes dont work right, but come on samsung do better. 7 days and counting and cannot get any kind of resolution. No techs in my area and was told i could do an exchange… i am still waiting all the while my family OF FIVE’s clothes are piling up. I will not be purchasing this brand in the future.

its great but best buy did a bad job installing, it has dents and the hot is fixed to cold out let, had to get the service called in twice... atleast the customer service is responsive....

I was happy with the Samsung set that I was receiving as I’ve used them before and loved them. I wanted to upgrade to the auto dispense for the detergent. So I purchased these from my local Best Buy here in Tallahassee. When I realized that the auto dispenser was not working I went back to Best Buy and they told me they could not help me.. I’d have to go through Samsung (which they also did not fix the issue) I’m disappointed with this purchase because I was one day outside of the “return policy” which I wasn’t trying to return, I just wanted the washer fixed. This was a huge purchase to pay cash for just to be told you can’t help.

Delivered with no issue, my brother who hosted the BestBuy delivery personnel said they were not friendly.

The two guys that delivered my washer unpacked it in the rain ( so I got a washer all soaked and dented. Best Buy was hesitant to help until I showed them a video of them in the rain giving the washer a good bath Terrible experience. Also came dented. Didn’t expect this from Best Buy. Didn’t even get an I’m sorry.
