Stopped working after 9 months

Impossible to diagnose errors and get support. Be prepared to be without a working machine for a while if anything goes wrong with it. I have Best Buy Total Tech and protection plan - they are no help either and only refer to Samsung.

The dispenser feature saves a lot of time and money. I can't believe how much money I was literally washing down the drain by using too much detergent, bleach, and softener. I had a really old washer before and this one has brought me into the new century. I can't believe how much easier these have made washing clothes for my family. There are so many different settings that can be used for any type of washing you might need to do, and if you have Smarthings on your cell phone you can program your washer and keep up with the progress of the machine as it washes. I was a little concerned with the agitation speed but after the first white cycle I knew there was nothing to worry about. This washer gets the clothes amazingly clean, it's very quiet, and it holds a huge amount of clothes. Don't second guess the purchase, it was worth every penny!

We recommend installing your washer on a level and hard floor that can support its weight, failing to do so may result in abnormal vibrations, noise, or problems with the product. If the appliance emits a strange noise, a burning smell, or smoke, unplug the power plug immediately and contact your nearest Samsung service center, failing to do so may result in electric shock or fire.
The error code "AC6" means an inverter communication problem. We recommend turning off the washer, unplugging it, waiting one minute, and then plugging the washer in again. If the information code remains, contact a Samsung customer service center.

Can't reach bottom of Washer to get clothes.

Terrible delivery experience.

One word horrible, it was pouring rain and the two delivery guys decided that it would be a good idea to unwrap my washer outside, yup in the rain on the street. They washer was soaked. So disappointed in Best Buy. These two guys where so rude and unprofessional. At first Best Buy acted like that was their policy to unwrap appliances in the rain. Until I showed them a video, then they said yeah that’s not right. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Samsun Washer

I spent WAY too money on this Samsung Washer for it not to work! It took almost two weeks to get because you made me purchase more items to go with it. I had to call Best Buy back less than a week of having it to see what was wrong with it. The washer soap does not work into the washer. It STILL does not work!! Such a joke! NEVER AGAIN! I should have purchased from Costco.

Scratches
