It was great in the beginning, but I've had nothing but error codes and software issues. Won't drain now and I am having yet another tech come out to look. Just stay away. It's 2023... Why do I need to choose between clean laundry and it either not working or the board can ignite and cause a fire? If you still go ahead with the purchase, don't say someone didn't warn you.

Samsung customer service not helpful either.

Also because it was aesthetically pleasing BUT it takes forever to wash and will not get deep stains out. Coming from a mom of 3 kids This is not a good washer for families! If you have children be prepared to not get the food stains out their clothes after a 1-2hr wash. I’ve had it for 3 years now so I can honestly say I regret buying this set. Save yourself some time and money and buy a washer with an agitator!!

Absolute trash

I’ve had every issue with this piece of trash and when I call geek squad I get people that can’t even speak English. The dryer that this thing pairs is no better. One full cycle still leaves your clothes wet. I tried throwing in less clothes and it always always gives me a UB code. Everyone that gave this thing anything higher than a 1 star is a bot. I’ll never purchase any appliance from Best Buy again. Horrible product horrible support even though I paid for all the bells in whistles!

Purchase from Samsung not Best Buy

We purchased this washer and matching dryer in November and the earliest delivery date was December 10th. No big deal we were fine with waiting. Three days before the delivery date we are told that they do not have our washer and dryer and to try again for February 9th. If you are considering purchasing this washer and dryer set you're better of buying directly from Samsung.
