I love the look but mostly the large capacity. You can fit a lot in this washer but have to remember the dryer capacity is not as big, so try not to over fill it. It connects to wifi so you can see how much time is left on each cycle. I also love that it has a detergent and fabric softener tray so you do not have to add it each wash.

After reading many reviews and watching videos I decide to get this washer and I am not regretting it. I has a ton of features that are customizable so you can get that perfect wash cycle. Also the ability to get notifications through my phone. Some of the other smart features (like remotely setting wash cycle) seem like a little overkill but some may find it useful.

They are easy to use and very spacious. I could have not asked for a better experience! I ordered on line, received the email that my products were ready for pickup a day earlier than expected, when we got to the store I chose curb side pickup, they came out within 5 to 10 minutes, loaded our products and we were on our way! I give a 10 star all the way! Will definitely purchase from again!

Short so i can't reach the back part of the drum lol have to get a hanger to move it towards the front lol Not a deal breaker because washing bedding is a breeze!! Love it!!! Works with my fridge and smart things app for delayed wash feature and starting a load from work or errand runs. LOVE THE AUTO DISPENSE FOR LAUNDRY DETERGENT!

Color is really nice and the washer cleans very well. Did have a little trouble figuring out the soap dispense part. At first it wasnt dispensing the laundry soap. Works amazing now. Have 40-50 loads through them.

It doesn’t leave a musty smell like the front loaded washers do. I love that you can operate with your phone and the best option this has by far is the auto wash detergent and fabric softener. You set it and it auto generates the amount.
