Takes a bit of reading to learn how to use the washing machine but it is great! Originally thought the smart features were a bit overkill but they are super convenient. A minor downside is if you are short. I am 5' 8" and get by just fine but my other family members have to use a stool to reach the bottom.

This Samsung Top Load Washer with Auto Dispense has worked as advertised. The overall aesthetic look is a 10/10, the operating mode is excellent and sync to the SmartThings App was very easy.

I have had this washer for about a month. This was a spur of the moment buy (along with the matching dryer) bought on cyber Monday. My old washer (13 years) was on it’s last legs. I have never bought a major appliance online, so I was scared! Turns out the washer was a wonderful buy! I love the automatic detergent and softener dispenser. I just throw the clothes in and turn it on. The tub is super big and deep and I am on my tippy toes to get clothes out from the bottom. I also get an alert when it is done, so no forgetting about the clothes. The automatic dispenser does not work when using the delicate cycle, which is good because I use a different detergent. It was a great buy and am very happy with the machine.

Washer can fit so many clothes, looks great and is super quiet

Beautiful washer. Auto dispense system comes in handy. It has a quick wash mode in case you don't want to wait an hour plus to have your clothes washed. My cali king comforter fit perfectly in there. So far haven't had any issues with it.

I generally wash one to two loads of laundry a day. So far, I have no complaints with this machine. The clothes appear to come out clean and the automatic soap dispenser works well.

Love the quick wash!!! So nice to feel like we have clean clothes again! Spin cycle does great job so drying time is greatly reduced. Seems fancy with all the sounds it makes when setting up the wash, but it's super easy to use. Grateful to find it on a good sale and Best Buy did price match for me.

The washing machine works , I opted to simply have delivered and I hooked up my self, I had them leave the packaging on ,certainly worth the time to be sure it was done right, COULD MOVE AROUND EASILY the cycles can be long but many options, easily fit a queen comforter

This washer makes laundry so much easier. The auto soap dispenser cuts down on overuse if detergent. The impeller is gentler on clothes than an agitator. The self cleaning mode makes sure the insude of the washer stays clean. The washer reminds you after 20 loads to yse the self clean cycle

Overall, I love the large capacity, features, sleek design, and ability to use the pre-sets for the laundry detergents and fabric softener. The washer is a little louder than I would expect but overall, I am satisfied.
