Love this washer, holds laundry soap, and softener, and auto dispenses. Only need to fill every couple weeks, and wash daily. Easy to use, looks nice, large capacity, recommend! Actually bought another for my daughter.

This is a fantastic washer..my clothes..work clothes abd uniforms come out super clean!! Ive had a Samsung front load before and thought it was great!! This seems better!!! It spins the clothes first to get the weight of the laundry..then it fills up..not having to put laundry detergent in or softner each time is a plus!!!

I love this machine. No agitator means no more laundry strangled around it. Quiet and it sings when it is done.

It’s a good washer, expected more from Samsung. I own lots of Samsung items. The washer never shows the soap and softener amount set, so to be sure you will need to press again your preferences. The clothes even on the maximum quantity of soap and softener doesn’t smell like you use it, even on small loads. For towels like 6 medium size it never covers all with water, it is supposed to sense the load, so you will have to press the deep fill option which then will take you to a full fill and waste of water at the end. One question, my washer has no agitator but zI still place items all around inside, but after spin it’s all over washer, it’s the same if I just through clothes inside? Thanks for your answer. The almond color and trim looks great in the house and better than on the showroom floor. The old Samsung washer did not have a variable water level and no soaking option which was definitely an issue with my wife. This new washer has the Active Water Jet and Deep Fill feature. My wife really likes these features and praises the deep fill capability. Slanted top is not good, but prevents clutter. The Deep Fill capability makes the washer a five star in this family.

The Samsung washer is very good I like the capacity of the washer also the complexity of the modes.

I love this machine! I had a front loader for over 10 years and went back to a top load. It took some getting used to but this washer is amazing! You can fit your whole house in there!

You can wash bulky Items (Comforters, blankets). It's quiet you don't even realize it on till you hear the beep.

This is a fantastic washer. Does everything we need, has a huge capacity so a king sized comforter fits with room to spare, and it's very quiet.

Super quiet and I didn't think I would love the automatic detergent dispense as much as I would. Didn't realize I was overusing detergent. Definitely a great purchase and worth it. Also great to have the app on my phone show me when loads are complete when i'm away

My wife loves this wash machine. It closes by itself and the detergent dispenser is a life saver. You dont have to keep filling the detergent every single load.

This washer matches the Samsung dryer and the main reason we purchased it. It has a huge capacity and looks great but there are some things we don't like about it: The drain flow is fixed and can't be changed. The GE washer we had before this one drained just fine with no issues. The Samsung washer drains really fast, in fact, too fast for my drain to keep up. I have a 1.5 inch PVC drain and I had it 'snaked' by a plumber to see if there was any clogs in my drain system and there weren't any. The plumber told me that the newer washer drain really fast and older houses can't keep up. Why didn't the engineers at Samsung make a variable drain system to allow the consumer to set it at a flow rate their drain system can handle? In addition, the display panel is very confusing. We wanted to just spin the clothes and nothing else. When we selected 'Spin Only' it still filled with water to rinse. I didn't want to rinse, only spin.

A great washing machine, it is durable and high quality, it cleans my clothes great. I have been using it for a little over a year now, it is a great washing machine, very modern and high tech.

After 1 month of use ( every weekend) we love it, the controls are easy to use and the feature that you can controlled from your phone and know when the cycle is done is amazing

Washer performs great items really get super clean

I was surprised by the automatic dispenser for the detergent, I thought I wasn’t going to love it but now it’s a game changer! I fill it a few times a month and it holds so many loads. This washer has a big drum, I’m 5’ 3” and I have to tippy toe it to get to the bottom back sometimes. Lastly, I’m not sure if it’s all new washers these days; but when the drum was full and would turn, you can hear a noise. That’s my only complaint about this washer. Other than that I love it.
