It's very efficient, large load, and the auto dispense system makes it very convenient for the softener and detergent for every wash without the hassle of putting them manually each time.

I love it 5.5 tub and use less water. The auto dispenser for detergent and fabric softener is awesome! Wanted the black and rose gold but the cream and rose gold was a great choice for my space.

It is fast, quiet, and does its job well. We have the matching dryer, so it looks really nice having both of these next to each other as well. Roomy enough for bedding and taking care if our family of 5. Really happy with the quality so far.

But we handled it well.

I love the softener/detergent feature because I do not have to add it because it is automatic. Also, I like it large capacity and various speeds.

Causing the detergent to be diluted. The first washing machine did this and Best Buy swapped me out with a new one. The new one did this also. SO now Samsung is sending a repair man out to try and fix it. So we shall see.

The automatic detergent system on this washing machine model is designed to use water to flush detergent into the tub at specific times during the cycle. A small amount of residual water in the dispenser after a wash can be normal. However, the detergent compartment should not continuously fill with water while the washer is idle or dilute detergent before a cycle begins.
Since this behavior has occurred on two machines, having a technician evaluate the unit is the right next step. Our service team will inspect the water inlet valve, dispenser housing, and siphon assembly to ensure each component is operating as designed.

I’m able to wash all of my king size linen is one cycle. It’s getting the job done and it has capabilities to alert my phone when the cycle is complete.
