||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got this washer 14 months ago on June 2024. Manufacturer warranty lasts exactly one year. I usually get the extended warranty or protection plan for my appliances, but I don’t know what happened to me this time around that I forgot to get it. This washer stopped dispensing fabric softener. I called Best Buy today August, 2025, and turns out the warranty expired, and I have to pay $124 to have someone look at it, and at least $150 for the repair not including parts. So if you buy this item please get the protection plan.

It is taking a little bit to get used to all the bells and whistles but the dryer is everything we expected and wanted. After having to switch washer/dryer because we finally have natural gas now, I was reluctant to give up my 31 year old Maytag that worked very well but these have worked very well and we are very happy.
