It took to long to wash sometimes over an hour. And the height of the washer made it difficult to get all the clothes at the bottom. I had to use a step stool. I returned them for LG front loaders.

It can't even do that without having an "imbalanced load" fault and stops. Constantly occurs. We've had it for one month!

Too may idiotic bells and whistles that dont produce intended results. Poor quality. Cheaply made and all around awful product. Returned after using for less than a week. Get any other brand.

The Samsung-authorized repair service charges non-refundable $140 before they are willing to even take an appointment. You can guess why. (As you can imagine those kinds of business models.) We threw away the junk box and are now looking for something other than Samsung. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere -- other than Samsung.

A medium sized load of laundry can take 2 to 3 hours. The system will say that it's imbalanced and rinse and spin several times. Even if you just select a spin cycle, it will rinse and spin again. Our water and electricity bill has increased drastically since owning a Samsung washer. DO NOT BUY from them. The service technician says he spends more time repairing Samsung than other brands.
