I’ve been using this washer for a few weeks now and I couldn’t be happier with the performance. It’s efficient, quiet, and handles large loads with ease. Not good at all sheking and is take long time to wash i don’t like at all

Things I love about this washer: large basin with no center piece, quiet and the smart features. It is easy to learn how to use. The autofill for detergent and softener are convenient if you want to use them. I use Tide Pods, so using the app, I shut off the detergent one. Connecting to the app was simple...the scan code is right on the machine! This was a fantastic upgrade from what I had and I am very pleased! Also, I have bought appliances elsewhere in the past. I only go to Best Buy now because the product choice is great and the delivery is also great....a very important part of getting new appliances!

The Samsung 5.5 Cu. Ft. High-Efficiency Smart Top Load Washer in ivory offers an impressive feature set: the Auto Dispense System reliably meters detergent, and the smart-cycle options make laundry day nearly effortless. During the three months I owned it, clothes came out clean and fabric-soft every time. Unfortunately, the washer broke down just after three months of typical use. On the plus side, Samsung’s warranty support was top-notch—their service team scheduled a repair quickly and had a technician at my home within days. The issue was resolved under warranty free of charge, which was a relief. Overall, this washer performs well when it’s working, and Samsung stands behind their product. However, the premature failure leaves me hesitant to fully recommend it without reservations.

The Samsung washing machine looks fantastic with its modern, sleek design, but my experience hasn’t been smooth. The initial unit had spotty performance right from the start, which led me to contact Best Buy. Thankfully, they quickly set up a replacement and handled the process well. However, even with the replacement, I continue to get a PC (clutch motor) error when starting a new load. The only temporary fix is unplugging and replugging the machine, which has become frustrating. Very happy with this machine. A great performer. Purchased this along with the matching dryer (DVE55CG7500E). This washer is very quiet and does an excellent job with cleaning. Love the Auto Dispense System. Fill up the compartment and machine releases the correct amount of detergent to match the size of the load your washing. I like the “Colors Cycle”. Washer adds enough water to move the clothes around. No need for the “Deep Fill” option. Normal and quick wash cycle do a great job in cleaning. Was looking at the new LG top loaders. But the controls were very confusing. The control panel on this machine is very user friendly. Very pleased with my selection of this matching Washer & Dryer.

I recieved my machine today and I’ve already done my laundry. Nice and quiet ,deep inside and it plays a melody at the end of each wash. 10/10 recommended!

This washer is perfect, quiet, measures the laundry detergent automatically, saves on water, capable of doing very large loads including king size comforters. Would definitely recommend this washer to anyone!!!

I love this machine. No agitator means no more laundry strangled around it. Quiet and it sings when it is done.

Love this washer, holds laundry soap, and softener, and auto dispenses. Only need to fill every couple weeks, and wash daily. Easy to use, looks nice, large capacity, recommend! Actually bought another for my daughter.
