The delivery was on time, I received a call just before they got to my house. The delivery guy (Can't remember his name) was great. Very friendly and was professional. The delivery and take away was done a short time. I would recommend this fellow to do deliveries

We love this machine, it handles all of our linen and clothing, hence we don’t have to do multiple loads. It really helps us to conserve water. Samsung has outdone themselves on this machine, I had an older Samsung model that it’s replacing and it wasn’t nearly as good, and broke after 4 years. That one was little smaller than this one and didn’t hold nearly as much.

Love the size and the different choices of wash cycles you can choose

A good, adequate washer that has nice features such as delayed washing, deep wash which fills the tank about half way and a setting to fill the tank completely. The two main problems are vibration and the loudness. It vibrates, a lot, on heavier spin settings. The noise level is beyond loud. Would not buy again. Wish we had our 9yo samsung ser back.

Cool overall . I just don’t like that quick wash is 28 mins when it used to be 15 mins.

We recently acquired this washing machine, which has proven to be an excellent choice. We are extremely satisfied with our purchase, as this machine is user-friendly and has a large capacity. Being a family of six with active children involved in various sports, we can now wash a significant amount of clothes in a single load, which previously would have required three loads. We are thrilled with its performance and efficiency.

I love my new set, it's what I wanted and matches my aesthetics of my home.

Amazing appliance! I have been dreading replacement for my old Samsung thinking the newer ones just wouldn't be the same. The washer washes our clothes very good. I switched back from front load washer to top load washer and no more smell coming from the washer. I am able to wash comforters, sheets Pillow cases in one load. My only regret was not getting the multi load dispenser for detergent. I have not had any load unbalance and shaking as experienced in front load washer. So far this seems to be a very good washer.

So far so good. I like everything about it except I am 5’3” and it is very deep so it’s a bit challenging to get small stuff from bottom but would still buy again. For me what matters is how long it will last. My last washer only made it 7 years.

Excellent washer! Works well and was easy to use. Though not necessarily super important, the soft close lid (I didn’t realize it had) is a very nice quality of life add on. Excellent capacity!
