BUT.... it cannot handle the weight of that load. please get a front load not top load. drum moves around if too heavy then restarts the whole cycle.

Amazing washer.

My family of 7 has not been happier than this about owning a washer. Samsung has really fine tuned everything about this machine from the size, style and performance.

It doesn't matter what I put in because there's not enough water so half is out of the water and it's a knotted mess. What I hate the most is that is starts agitating right away! With dry clothes in it! No spinning first, just agitating while the water starts pouring. My clothes are ALWAYS knotted up. Waste of money for the way it works and bad quality for an expensive style washer. DO NOT BUY. Buy LG instead or a cheap washer
