    This fact that this washer is a top loader was a selling point. It is really deep and I sometimes have to use a stool to reach inside as I am short!

    The large capacity is amazing. No agitator allows for more space to wash larger items. First time experience with purchasing a high dollar item from Best Buy. Hoping the long term perks of the machine last.
