The basic FUNCTIONALITY of this product is subpar. It stopped working correctly within a MONTH. Now i'm jumping through circus-style hoops that have been set on FIRE to get clothes clean. We're using more detergent, more fresh beads, more bleach - just to get clothes clean. It's like there's poor agitation or something. After only 30 days, both this and the matching dryer went on the fritz and basically need to be replaced. After 30 more days and at the height of the holidays, both the washer and dryer were functioning so poorly you'd have thought they needed to be replaced instead of being the replacement for a 20-year old trusted Whirlpool. It's only been 90 days (60 days of which i've been trying to get Best Buy or Samsung to step up and i'm going in circles). I can't send it back and if i could, i completely would. Save yourselves and buy something else. This is garbage. I finally got in touch with a real person this morning from Samsung and they're sending someone in 4 days to fix it. Stay clear of this set. Go buy a Whirlpool.

WORST WASHER EVER

Samsung or Best Buy won’t do anything about it. Save yourself time and DONT BUY A SAMSUNG WASHER OR DRYER. The dryer sucks too but that’s besides the point.
