I ordered online and they gave me time delivery date but no one come to deliver so o spend all day my time for waiting. And after that new scheduled installation set up but they deliver washer with some scratches on front so I set up appointment again for switch new one so overall I spend 3 days off schedule from worker and waited 15 to 20 days to get proper installation.

0 stars! This is an absolute piece of trash and possibly the loudest machine in existence. I currently have 2 sheets (Q), 3 pillow cases, and a throw blanket in the machine-it’s been “washing” for 2.5 hours now. The drum thrashes about, the display shows UB for unbalanced load then the stupid thing starts over trying to wash again. Samsung should reimburse me for my water bill this month. I’ve had this machine for less than 30 days! This is the 3rd time the machine has errores since it was delivered 7/16. I thought it was a fluke at first-I truly hate that I have this and would NEVER recommend it to anyone! Sadly, the two Week replacement window has closed:( The deep drum only fills about 1/3 way with water in regular loads. When it does function as I believe it’s designed to the items barely rock in the water and do not seem to get clean IMO. Get literally anything else! Save yourself the trouble! Shame on you Samsung, you’re better than this!

Unit did not work right out of the box and it was a replacement unit for another Samsung unit that didn't work either. Delivery people dropped it off, powered it on and left. Didn't even turn on the water supplies before running the first cycle. Now Best Buy is telling me that I have to wait 3 days before anyone will even come look at it. Zero stars for BB and Samsung

Washer works great. Has more bells and whistles then we really need. The size is great. It fits a lot, and has no problem with our larger bed spreads. Only 2 downs falls is for me the depth. Im 5'2 and im basically inside the washer to pull stuff out of the bottom. (Not Samsungs faukt im short but something to consider if you are height challenged like me) also it is loud. Other reviews mention its noisy. Those are accurate. For me that isnt a big deal based on where we have it. However it might be a consideration for others.

I really like my Samsung washer. I noticed the efficiency on this washer after the first use, my whites were the whitest I’ve seen a long time. Clothes come out of the spin cycle humid to the touch. I can fit two king size comforters in one cycle. I love my washer. Recommend it 100%.

This washer is a good size and easy to use. It’s a smart washer, but I don’t have the smart functions activated (you have to get a special installation for the smart functions). Nonetheless, the washer has useful non-smart functions. The washer seems to clean clothes well and is pretty quiet.

The large capacity makes it a lot easier and faster to keep up with laundry for my family of 7. Our clothes come out super clean and smell amazing. I'm even going through less laundry detergent. It is a very deep washer so if you're on the shorter side, you won't be able to reach the bottom of the washer so I recommend a step stool or a grabber tool. Overall, I'm so glad I made this purchase.
