It looks good and it works well - better than the LG model that it replaced. I've only had it for a couple of weeks at this point so I don't know how reliable it will end up being, but at this point I would buy it again if I needed to.

You can turn on remotely and watch the entire wash cycle thru the app. I would definitely recommend. It is also very quiet; you won’t even notice that it is on. Latest technology. Great look. And it was on sale.

Good washer, shaky instructions

It is loud when in spin mode. Yes it is level! The instructions are very brief, so be prepared to figure things out on your own. Instruction on unpackaging is vague. We had a black plastic piece that came off the bottom of the machine, which there is nothing to tell whether this piece is something to stay or not. We think it was a piece to protect the tub from moving. Overall it seems the machine is a good machine, but time will tell. I do wish I could have seen the machine in person, but the closest Best Buy is 50 miles away, and they did not have this unit in stock.

The wash cycles are so quite, fits my king comforter with ease. I was hesitant to get the Ivory color with the rose gold colored trim but it looks great!

All my large items fit and I have had zero balance issues. This replaced my not so old LG machine that was ALWAYS out of balance and was leaking from many locations. this machine is sure proving more durable even in a short period.

The speed wash is great for a quick load. Lots of options, you can load detergent ahead of time for multiple loads. The ivory finish looks nice, and it integrates with my phone for remote notifications.

The only problem is that the we got the xl capacity and it's really deep. We have a hard time getting small items out. We have to use something to grab the items from the bottom of the washer.
