Nice washer. It is very nice and works the same. I would recommend this unit, and would buy one knowing what I know now.

I love this washer. It is so quiet unlike the front loader we had. The only thing i dont like is that the inside is so deep I have to use a step stool because Im so short. But I still have trouble get everything from the bottom. Not their fault Im short though

Bought for my daughter and she loves it, no issues. Big thing is it is connected to the internet and Samsung Samrtthings appp, but it will also connect to Alexa.. But that is not all, it also connects to your Samsung phones and TV's. So when you washer or dryer is done it will pop on the tv and let you know. Some may think this is a problem so now you have to get up off you **s, but I find it very convenient ( my wife dies the Laundry), so it doesn't bother me.

The washer so far is fantastic. Quiet, and cloths look great. The tub is deep. My daughter disappears when she reaches in to get the cloths. Very impressed with initial quality. This is our first Samsung Appliance.

Does a great job cleaning all different types of laundry loads. Would buy again.

I loved the Samsung 5.5 Extra Large Capacity. It is really deep and holds a lot of clothes fit and perfect for large blankets.

This washer is amazing. I can fit two king size comforters in it without worry (don't worry, I only did it once to see). It gets so much dog hair off and is very quiet when running.

Function and looks is excellent. It has a large drum so you can dump all your laundry in one load. It cleans well and it’s easy to use. Samsung did a great job!

The size of the tub is huge and holds our largest comforter easily. The only downside is the depth of the tub. I'm 5'4" and have to stand on my tip toes to collect the clothes from the bottom.

Excellent Samsung product with plenty of room to put in everything u need in a single load, delivery and installation was timely and professionally done

Works well, easy to setup, and I love that I get a phone notification when it's done.

I am so pleased with my new washer. It is quiet and very efficient so far. I love washing my small rugs.

Perfect,. Pros: large capacity, no agitator, plenty of settings. Cons: if you’re short, you may need a stool to get to the cloths at the bottom. Lol
