Washer broke just after 2 years

Its supposed to be an industrial sized washer and we never use it anywhere to full capacity. I do like the washer but am wondering why and how only after 2 years something could break on it. Its only a 2 person home for the most part so it only gets used a couple times a week at best. My wife went to wash our sheets last night and when it went into the wash cycle it started making this weird spinning clicking noise. Almost like plastic on plastic sound. For a brand new industrial washer you would think it would last longer then 2 years. Not sure if i would recommend this washer

The drum is very deep so get a step stool to get the socks out if you’re not tall! Only complaint so far is that the water doesn’t always fill deep enough based on the weight, but easily solved by doing the deep fill button.
