I like that you are able to control it remotely, and get push notifications when the cycles are completed. I had to turn off the End of Cycle tune, as that was a bit over the top. Aside from that, it has everything we needed and checks all of the boxes.

To Best Buy's credit, they quickly delivered a new one that currently runs the way a washer this costly should.

Replaced our 10 yr old Samsung front loader that I hated! Have had warranty issues with Samsung in the past, hence the deduction of 1 star. Hoping i dont have issues once we hit 1 or 2 years, like we did with our fridge and old washer.

Just make sure to set it level or there will be issues with the rinse cycle. Easy to level tho. Twist the legs to even out. If uneven, the washer will stay filled with water and not finish the rinse cycle. Got the matching dryer on sale!
