Same brand name again you can see the upgrades that were made to this model. Hope we get more than seven years this time

Takes too long to clean clothes

I like all of the settings but I don't like how long the cycles take to clean clothes. My old set (Maytags) didn't take one hour 45 minutes to clean clothes. You can pick other settings for less time but not a whole lot. Worried about my power bill now. lol

Took her a few tries to get used to the absence of an impeller and the push button electronics, but she did. Able to wash very large to very small loads efficiently and quietly.

Also some of our larger items (towels and sweatshirts) come out still damp. Also, don't order this from Best Buy, their delivery crew was aggressive and sexist when delivering, we had an issue and needed a replacement dryer. After assuring the same crew would not be at our home, they came again and this time left trash in our garage. Terrible experience.

My clothes come out really fresh and clean. I love the option to do a really quick load. The only “flaw” so far is the little cups that you pour your detergent and softener into need to pull out a little more. It’s really hard to tip the cap of the detergent bottle all the way to empty it.

Great machine with amazing features. Looks super modern ans of course I got the insurance with Best Buy, just in case.
