Great washing machine. Works very well with no issues.

I love this washer, but I wish I had paid closer attention to the dimensions. The biggest challenge is, THE TUB IS SO DEEP I CANNOT REACH ALL THE CLEAN CLOTHES TO TAKE OUT. I am 5’5 with average length arms. I struggle each load. I have used a stool, grabber thing, asking someone for help, and looking for other options.

The delivery was on time and was impressed with the washer's features and how well it did the laundry, even the thick and bulky items such as bed comforters and pillows. It even enables me to control the washer settings via my smartphone. I am happy with the purchase.

This was a purchase for a rental property. The planning team at Beat But made this purchase easy, and the installers were on time, communicated wonderfully, and were good with my tenants. My tenants are very happy with this purchase, and as a result, so am I!!

Excellent product. Just love it. I love the fact that you get a message on your phone when the load is done. Very happy. Our next purchase will be the matching dryer. I'll ber it will be just as amazing.

This is a veautiful machine, I love the sound that it makes when the cycle is complete. I really appreciate the app as well. I can see the vest cycles to use for different textiles, it makes laundry foolproof!

Washer looks great, operates fine, and simple install. I was a little put off that Samsung uses different shades of white and ivory among their product lines, as this unit clearly doesn't match my 6 month old top of the line dryer (from a different product line).

The amount of space in this washing machine is insane! I put at least 3 loads worth before I ran out of clothes all in one wash!

Another quality product from Samsung! The Normal Wash option does not have enough water to wash the load in my opinion. Select Deep Wash option and it gives you the right amount of water for a good wash!

Wonderful machine! Love all of the features. I just had issues with the soap dispenser leaking all the time but got it figured out!

So far, so good. Had the unit for about a week. Beautiful, quiet, does the job. Really liking them so far, will probably update once I've had them for a bit and see what the utility usage and reliability are like, but so far very happy!
