Delivery the wrong dryer , I call geek squad supposedly gonna return to my in 24 hours , no y responde to in 3 days I went to store and don’t have the dryer in stock anywhere , I don’t know why you accept my purchase if you don’t have the pair , is a waste of my time , the worst tie. I buying from Best Buy , i buying all the time but this is the worst experience I have it with you

My fiance and I just bought this washer after having had to get rid of our GE washer that was only 2 years old and was having major problems. This washer is TEN TIMES BETTER than the GE washer it replaced. We love that we can tell it specifically what we are washing VIA the Smart Things App, and it will automatically load that information into the washer for us and you hust hit start!! With 5.5 CU Ft of washing space, we are amazed at how much can be washed at once. . I am so happy we bought a Samsung. I told my fiance, im washing everything in the house that can be washed ASAP!! Lol We are so happy after having such a terrible experience with our last washer if you couldnt tell.

You can never go wrong with Samsung products. I was a little skeptical about getting a top load washer but this washer does the job. The extra large capacity allows me to wash more in one load which allows for less loads. Its quiet and surprisingly effecient. Clothes come out fresh and clean everytime.

Purchased washer and dryer combo. We had a very basic and old washing machine so this was a big step up. We are very happy with it. It is quiet, quick, large (for big loads), regulates water volume by itself (so you can run small loads), controls are intuitive. Just beware of the height. Being a larger volume washer it sits quite high and it may be difficult to pick up all the cloths from the bottom.

After two previous sets with issues (Samsung front loader then GE Profile) we finally landed on this washer and dryer set. First...It's huge!! Both the washer and dryer have a large capacity. We've only had the units for a week, but the build and performance have been great!! Feel pretty confident that this one is the set we've been destined to buy. Now I need to dive into all the included features!! If you are 5'5" or shorter...it may be tough reaching the bottom of the washing machine

Works great, looks great. Large capacity. Had a concern over not having a central agitator, we've never had one that didn't, but it does a great job without it somehow, must be magic LOL Also i'm not sure why someone needs wifi for a washer and dryer but i guess someone does, we don't use that feature. Maybe we'll discover a reason.

I have had this washer for almost three to four months now. I upgraded from a hand me down old (non smart) washer that was basically tied together (been repaired several times) and I decided to finally just buy a new washer and dryer set for myself. Pros: The size is incredible. I can do a huge load of clothes or a king size comforter or even an eight by ten washable rug in it. Being able to do just one load of clothes at a time has been wonderful. The buttons, dial, smart features are also incredible. It will even 'tell' you if something is wrong with it. I realized this when I had the water hooked up, but forgot to turn the valves on. It gave me the code for there is no water to the machine. It cleans mostly well despite not having an agitator which surprised me. Cons: Trying to wash an 8 x10 rug in this (a washable one) is still a huge challenge and it doesn't totally come clean. I've noticed this with sheets and a comforter also, even with hot water, pre soak and the deep fill option on. It seems things that are 'bulky' tend to have a problem coming completely clean which is a bummer since it's the real reason I got the larger size. Smaller comforters and rugs are fine and get clean very well and so do the clothes. There is a very long almost showtune like song / chime that plays when it's done. Has to be at least a minute long and that takes some getting used to. I have yet to link this to the app and that may be able to be changed. It's still a great washer and a major upgrade to my previous one, and I'm very happy. I wish I could give it 4.5 stars.

Little trial and error figuring out how we wanted it to operate, but 100% happy with everything, its awesome. Its quiet, holds soo much.

Love the off white color and huge top load tub. Cleans great too. Replaced our 10 yr old Samsung front loader that I hated! Have had warranty issues with Samsung in the past, hence the deduction of 1 star. Hoping i dont have issues once we hit 1 or 2 years, like we did with our fridge and old washer.

Nice and quiet easy setup can barely hear it when its running huge capacity great deal eould definitely recommend it

I really enjoy using this washing machine! It is easy to use and does a great job at cleaning the laundry. It is also pretty quiet! My only problem is that it is a little difficult to reach clothes at the bottom of the machine. I have taken care of that by using a pair of tongs to get the clothes out. Very pleased with this washer.

Bought for my daughter and she loves it, no issues. Big thing is it is connected to the internet and Samsung Samrtthings appp, but it will also connect to Alexa.. But that is not all, it also connects to your Samsung phones and TV's. So when you washer or dryer is done it will pop on the tv and let you know. Some may think this is a problem so now you have to get up off you **s, but I find it very convenient ( my wife dies the Laundry), so it doesn't bother me.

This washer is amazing. Capacity is fantastic and love that you can link it to your WiFi and phone

LOVE this washer! The wash cycles are so quite, fits my king comforter with ease. I was hesitant to get the Ivory color with the rose gold colored trim but it looks great!

Bought this for my 90 year old mum. Took her a few tries to get used to the absence of an impeller and the push button electronics, but she did. Able to wash very large to very small loads efficiently and quietly.

Excellent machine! Super quiet and easy to use. I really like the laundry recipes available in the app, it saves you some thinking time! In addition, sending the recipes from the app to the washer is very easy and works pretty well

Works great. Nice machine. Didn’t think it would be good without the agitator in it but it cleans very well.

Loved the washer and it had many wash options which I liked very much. I would highly recommend as it does an excellent job cleaning clothes and has option for load size and includes quick wash. Washer was on sale so price was right.
