Works quietly. Washes clothes clean. Size 5.5 great!

I absolutely love my new washer not only doesn’t work good it’s a beautiful color

4 1/2 months after purchase it started to malfunction (error 4c) including it overflowing twice. After speaking with BB and then me checking the filters on the back of the machine (those are located on the hot and cold connections on the back) and them being completely clean. They told me to get in touch with the manufacturer and transferred me. Obviously dissapointed that it only lasted 4 months before issues started.

They worst of the worst!! The fist one worked for 3 days only! Got a replacement!!! Have the normal setting (57 minutes) and after 1 hour and 45 minutes the machine continues, doesn’t stop getting water and still have another 41 minutes to finish. I’m concerned of my water and electric bill.

Delivery the wrong dryer , I call geek squad supposedly gonna return to my in 24 hours , no y responde to in 3 days I went to store and don’t have the dryer in stock anywhere , I don’t know why you accept my purchase if you don’t have the pair , is a waste of my time , the worst tie. I buying from Best Buy , i buying all the time but this is the worst experience I have it with you

2 months into use and AC6 error code. Backordered replacement parts, piles of dirty laundry. Rethinking that Samsung isn't any better quality than LG.

My fiance and I just bought this washer after having had to get rid of our GE washer that was only 2 years old and was having major problems. This washer is TEN TIMES BETTER than the GE washer it replaced. We love that we can tell it specifically what we are washing VIA the Smart Things App, and it will automatically load that information into the washer for us and you hust hit start!! With 5.5 CU Ft of washing space, we are amazed at how much can be washed at once. . I am so happy we bought a Samsung. I told my fiance, im washing everything in the house that can be washed ASAP!! Lol We are so happy after having such a terrible experience with our last washer if you couldnt tell.

I really enjoy using this washing machine! It is easy to use and does a great job at cleaning the laundry. It is also pretty quiet! My only problem is that it is a little difficult to reach clothes at the bottom of the machine. I have taken care of that by using a pair of tongs to get the clothes out. Very pleased with this washer.

You can never go wrong with Samsung products. I was a little skeptical about getting a top load washer but this washer does the job. The extra large capacity allows me to wash more in one load which allows for less loads. Its quiet and surprisingly effecient. Clothes come out fresh and clean everytime.

I've had my Samsung washer for about a month. I love it. It has the huge capacity I was seeking. So huge if you are short, you might have trouble reaching the bottom after a load to get items out. I'm 5'7" and it's a stretch. As for how it cleans and functions...excellent. I'm finding it gets the laundry really clean and is very quite. I'm quite happy.

I have had this washer for almost three to four months now. I upgraded from a hand me down old (non smart) washer that was basically tied together (been repaired several times) and I decided to finally just buy a new washer and dryer set for myself. Pros: The size is incredible. I can do a huge load of clothes or a king size comforter or even an eight by ten washable rug in it. Being able to do just one load of clothes at a time has been wonderful. The buttons, dial, smart features are also incredible. It will even 'tell' you if something is wrong with it. I realized this when I had the water hooked up, but forgot to turn the valves on. It gave me the code for there is no water to the machine. It cleans mostly well despite not having an agitator which surprised me. Cons: Trying to wash an 8 x10 rug in this (a washable one) is still a huge challenge and it doesn't totally come clean. I've noticed this with sheets and a comforter also, even with hot water, pre soak and the deep fill option on. It seems things that are 'bulky' tend to have a problem coming completely clean which is a bummer since it's the real reason I got the larger size. Smaller comforters and rugs are fine and get clean very well and so do the clothes. There is a very long almost showtune like song / chime that plays when it's done. Has to be at least a minute long and that takes some getting used to. I have yet to link this to the app and that may be able to be changed. It's still a great washer and a major upgrade to my previous one, and I'm very happy. I wish I could give it 4.5 stars.

Great size, cleans very well, variety of cycles. I love the option to download customized cycles via. the Smart Things app.

After two previous sets with issues (Samsung front loader then GE Profile) we finally landed on this washer and dryer set. First...It's huge!! Both the washer and dryer have a large capacity. We've only had the units for a week, but the build and performance have been great!! Feel pretty confident that this one is the set we've been destined to buy. Now I need to dive into all the included features!! If you are 5'5" or shorter...it may be tough reaching the bottom of the washing machine

Love it! Besides the great look it is the quietest washing machine I’ve ever owned. You barely hear the spin cycle. I love the chimes it plays when the wash is done. It’s easy to operate and has all the different cycles you need. The only drawback is the manual is very vague because the company wants you to download the app. but I have enough apps on my phone. I don’t need another.

This has great capacity, but does not protect clothing. No matter ow you try to balance the clothes, if you have a large item (like a blanket) it will end stretched over everything and can get torn. Other than that, the machine does a good job of cleaning and is fairly quiet

Love this washer! It has so much room and gets everything clean. The spin cycle is so powerful. Clothes are only damp when they come out!

overall this washer is awesome, easy to use and get connected to our phone so you can adjust any washer that we desire.. super cool washer and even you can get notice to your phone either its washing or even done cycling ..

Awesome capacity and efficiency. Smart functions work great!
