This has been the best washer. We have a custom bed, 130/120 and it washes our custom comforter perfectly. I love the little time it plays at the end of every wash cycle.

We finally had room to have a larger washing machine and it's been awesome. I know people complain about the notifications but I'm all for it since I tend to forget about laundry. I'm all for the convenience. I already know how to do all types of laundry loads but it's nice that I can check a reference on smart things then send that over to the machine automatically. Then having it pair with the dryer is even cooler.

I bought this machine because it was the largest one available at the time. I would have preferred a front load washer, but none was available right away, and I had bags and bags of wet or dirty laundry as my old washer had suddenly sprung a leak. This washer has a VERY deep tub, and does hold a lot of clothes. I am 5' 8" and I have to stand on tip toe to reach the bottom of the tub! However, the computer technology that is part of the machine led to a problem after a while - the tub would not fill! I called Samsung as the washer was less than a month old, and they did walk me through fixing the issue. The machine had to be unplugged for 2 or more minutes to "re-boot" sort of. And I was warned not to stop/end a cycle before it was finished. You can pause a cycle, but not end it before it is completed. So far it seems to get the clothes clean and it is good about conserving water. Not so sure about being conservative in electrical use - -most of the cycles seem to be unusually long ( 50+ minutes to over an hour), except for the "Quick Wash" cycle.

Only had it a couple weeks but so far it’s great. Very quiet, and cleans clothes very well. My old washer was almost as big but wouldn’t put enough water in to do a big load, not anymore, you can load this thing up, we bought the gas dryer as well and it works very well also.

This washer is beautiful and huge. This is the first time i had an impeller washer. I can finally wash my large comforters at home. I really love this washer. It is easy to operate. It has a lot a cycles and it gets the clothes really clean. I would definitely recommend!

Exceptional. To say the least. Is the finest washer I've ever laid my eyes on and connects to my phone and wifi automatically to alert me of its states... whats more it holds much more than you might expect....Absolutely astonishing.

Looks great and works even better. Syncs perfectly with my Samsung Galaxy Ultra and Alexa. The large capacity tub suffices the small and the largest loads. Works nice and quiet.

Functional options, washes the closes well and the ability to connect it to your phone so you get the completion updates is actually a nice reminder to witch the laundry. We really like the color scheme on these units as ours our located near an entrance to the home we wanted something to look nice cosmetically.

This Samsung smart washer is actually usefully smart with easy controls and a decent app to customize settings. Its biggest advantage though is that is a top wash that cleans as well or better than a front loader but without all the mildew odors. It also looks like the Lamborghini of washing machines!

Bought this beauty as an open box item. Couldnt be more happy with the capacity and efficiency of this model. Also this thing is visually stunning. My clothes are clean and my laundry room is sexy lol.

Love it! Did a ton of research, the Samsung is in the top 4 right now. Next to whirlpool, LG, maytag. This is the best medium priced set. Is super efficient. Not having an agitator is great, especially with the large size drum.
