The machine worked very well handling washing six extra large loads. I was hesitant about purchasing an impeller but my hesitancy was unwarranted. The machine washed the food stains out of my shirts just fine.

I previously had a Samsung washer and upgraded to this washer and I love it! I already washed big “bulky” twin size comforters without any issues and they were super clean.

We've had this washer for a few weeks and have done every kind of laundry we normally do in our household. It works great. Specifically we like the quiet operation, the large tub, the well designed panel and the selection of cycles. It has great aesthetics - nice and simple but not cheap looking. We especially appreciate the materials - so many appliances today scratch up easily because of poor surface materials, but this one looks as if it's going to be resistant to that. No real complaints. A minor observation on functional design: the soap/softener tray is recessed too much under the lid so it's a little hard to get a cap tilted to fill with liquid, but it's easy to get around that. We're very happy with this purchase.

So far it’s been one of the best purchases we ever bought on Samsung. Also love the look. Love the color and very easy to use. I like how it is also a smart appliance that you can easily connect to your phone.

I had this washer for two months. Huge upgrade from the last we had. This washer has tons of space. It can easily wash a king size entire comforter set. It has many settings. One of the best things is that it shows you how much time each cycle takes, and shows you how much time it’s remaining as it progresses. If for whatever reason you don’t like a cycle, you can create your own cycles by simply pressing individual buttons for each function. I

Being a brand snob, and having everything else Samsung, we took a gamble on this and matching drier. When linked to the SmartThings app, a little message will pop up on the screen to let you know the washer is done. It’s quick and holds a fair amount of clothes and having 3 kids, it’s a must.

Awesome machine, thie machine is a workhorse and never fails. I love that i can do one big load and be done.

Very good washer, works great and it is not loud. I had another washing machines but this is the best of all. I love it!

I downloaded and read the manual - very helpful. It shows the default settings for each cycle. I never use Normal or Heavy Duty - these are 'ECO' cycles - minimum water and the highest temp is slightly warm. The other cycles provide plenty of water. I like that there are 5 levels for temp and spin. I found that washing one set of sheets on Bedding often causes an unbalanced spin requiring rearrangement. I use Activewear - enough water to cover the sheets and they stay in place for spinning. Deep Wash is perfect for towels and sweats. Bedding for comforters and blankets. Activewear for clothing. I Like the phone app notifications. Experiment with the cycles and setting for your preferences.

Awsome washing machine. Great capacity and very quiet when in use. Love the wifi connectivity which lets you know when the washer has finished its cycle or when its time for cleaning.

Had it for a year now. No problems so far! I love it.

Maybe I’m still learning, but it seems like it takes longer than my previous Samsung washer. I selected the Colors cycle, and selected a second rinse. I knew this would add time, but it increased the time to 90 minutes! I still need to set the Downloaded cycle. This seems like it might be better for what I do most of the time. There isn’t a way to turn off the startup tune and tones when pressing buttons. The integration with Smart Things is nice. It’s nice to know when the washer is done instead of guessing and trying to listen for it. The capacity is nice. What used to almost fill my previous washer, now is only about half load on this one.

Great upgrade from LG 3.4 cu Top load washer. Samsung 5.5 cu ft is the best
