It's beautiful and very technical however don't let that fool you. Extremely easy and you don't need to use any type of force. Light touch goes along way. I'm very pleased. One think I encourage shorty people to make sure they have a stool to reach the bottom. Lol

Very good large washer!

Gosh you can even fit your comforter in this. So far it seems to do a really good job. If you are a short person, you may need a step stool to get all the clothes out though. I am tall and I still tip toe to lean over the bowl to pull everything out.

We desperately needed an upgrade and this has been working out great. I love how large of a load I can complete at a time as we have 4 kids so it was a necessity and how many options for washing there are. The built in stain wash is nice too, the water just gets hot quickly so make sure to wet the stain, pause and scrub and turn back on when ready.
