Great Washer and Dryer, been our favorite set so far.

First, this washer is beautiful, the soft beige/cream with copper/gold-like trim is a dream to look at. While it is a deep drum, harder for short people, it washes clothes well & the quick cycle is about 31 minutes. Clothes come out clean & rung out. Sometimes for bigger loads, washing on the quick cycle I noticed they need an extra spin to rid the water out of the clothes, but over all, I love this washer!

This has been a great washer so far. I've been using a front load washer for the past 15 years and recently switched to top load. First wash and I was very impressed with how clean the laundry was.

I am a Samsung preferred shopper and wish I went with a different brand. The washer capacity is great. Washes like a washer should. Washer/dryer capacity sucks! 1:2 ratio. One full load wash is two loads of drying. Missing the mark on convenience of washing/drying large loads.

The drum in this washer looks empty, because it is. No agitator sticking up in the middle. You can get all kinds of things in there without having to wrap them around, or be too concerned about balancing sides, because there aren't any sides. Read the manual about that, though. This has 12 cycles with programmable options. One is to clean itself! What?? One thing we've noticed is a lot less lint in the trap we have on the drain hose into the sink. The clothes are certainly coming out clean, but they haven't been beaten up to get that way. This is efficient and gentler. It's also practically silent, until it starts singing when it's done. The neatest thing is that the soft close lid is smoked glass. You can watch your clothes doing their synchronized swim routine.

So far so good! This is my first Samsung appliance purchase and I doubt it will be our last. We have owned the pair for about 2 weeks and it is a huge step up from our old washer & dryer. Runs quietly and efficiently and is capable of completing large/bulky loads from start to finish in under 2 hours. Really happy so far.

Only had this for approximately 1mnth but so far everything is good. Nice heavy unit, which does not move around, even with heavy loads. App is easy enough to set up but could be a little more intuitive when using more than one smartphone. Overall great washer.
