This washer uses plenty of water, the clothes come out clean and fresh. It is so deep it can fit my king size comforter. I don't need to wash as often because the loads can be larger than my previous machine. I am loving it.

Had to replace LG top loader that was rusting, less than 10 yrs old. Settled on this Samsung set. Did lots of research, didn’t find any reviews that pointed out my issues prior to buying. Pros: Looks nice. Doesn’t vibrate, stays put. Chimes are not annoying. Cons: Too deep, I am average height and can barely reach clothing on the very bottom. I literally have to find a spot I can touch and then turn the drum, while half way into the washer, and grab the small items when they get to me. Soap doesn’t completely rinse out if you only have the washer rinse one time. Now I know why this washer has numerous rinse cycle as an option. What a waste! The lid isn’t flat. There is the potential for anything you set on it, to slide off. It’s a nice looking washer, so this was missed while looking at it. Not a deal breaker, just something to be aware of. Advertised as having “Delay Start” however, there’s no clear option for it. As with most things today, there are numerous electronic programming options. A washer only has to do a handful of things. Laundry is a chore, not a game. Don’t make it any harder! Best Buy was great to work with. First washer delivered was marked up on the side when they opened the box. They were willing to give $50 off for the “cosmetic” damage. Given it was an appliance and I had no way of knowing how it received the markings, I returned it. They replaced it with a new one. Good customer service. I’ve been using this washer for 6 months. Overall, If I had known then, what I know now, I would have passed on this one.

After twelve years with our last Samsung washer, it was finally time to get a new one. We have been very impressed with this washer. We absolutely love all the options you have for how the cycles will run. Not every load is one size fits all, and this washer lets you change things based on needs. It runs well and is very quiet. We would highly recommend it.

I'm very happy with the washer and Dryer. The delivery guys were great. But the girl I ordered on the phone was very misled. I thought I was talking to someone from the Rock Hill SC store. But I later found out it was the call center. She told me the delivery would be from 4 to 7. And that was wrong. I had to have another delivery because I was at work when they came at 2. I had to get my Uncle to sit in for the second delivery. It was very inconvenient

After looking around at all our options, we finally settled on this model and so far we've been very happy with our choice. It has an excellent capacity and really does a great job tackling those large loads. I love the wifi connection too so I can keep an eye on the remaining time left, or access the manual, or see any fault code (haven't had one yet).

Works great, doeent twke long to wash the clothes ans amount of room it has is nice. Very easy to opperate

I really like this washer. I've been using my samsung washer for a while now Im very happy with this. Its quiet, efficient, and has good variety of wash cycles for all my needs. It is spacious enough for large loads, and clothes always come out clean and fresh. I also like the sleek design and how easy the controls are to use. Definitely a great purchase!

The washer is great, but the way the delivery was set up was horrible. It took 3 additional weeks then the intended date. That was the worse experience. I was not accommodated at all, but told someone got sick so im going to have wait an additional week for my item.

This is the second washer that I bought and I love it. My first one broke after many years and instead of swapping products I bought the exact one. You can’t go wrong with a product that you love.

Excellent product but the smart sensor feature used to determine water level is a bit off. Does not allow enough watwr to cover load. While you can select feature to fill to limit that results in more water than needed. Love that it can wash a huge amount of clothes in one load.
