Love this washer. I had a LG front load and pedestal washer before. Even when I would wash 2 loads at once this new Samsung washer washes more clothes and does a lot better job at having all items super clean. I don’t usually write reviews but this washer by Samsung deserves it.

This is a large family washer! It holds nearly 3 full loads and does not go out of balance. I cant complain. No matter what you buy today, expect to replace it in under 5years.

I love,love,love my washer. All of the different features and functions are awesome. I like that I can get notifications on my cellphone, tv, and Alexa to let let me know when my wash cycle is complete. I also love that I can get suggestions on items that I want to wash in different cycles. I didnt think that it would get the clothes very clean since it doesn't have an agitator but boy was I wrong!!! The washer itself is huge and sometimes I need a stool to get all the clothes out. It hasn't let me down and I don't think it will in the near future. Great job Samsung!!!!!!!

The large capacity makes it a lot easier and faster to keep up with laundry for my family of 7. Our clothes come out super clean and smell amazing. I'm even going through less laundry detergent. It is a very deep washer so if you're on the shorter side, you won't be able to reach the bottom of the washer so I recommend a step stool or a grabber tool. Overall, I'm so glad I made this purchase.

This washer is huge! It is big enough to do anything you want done. And it does an amazing job of getting things clean. I hVe old gray socks that are actually white again.
