All of the different features and functions are awesome. I like that I can get notifications on my cellphone, tv, and Alexa to let let me know when my wash cycle is complete. I also love that I can get suggestions on items that I want to wash in different cycles. I didnt think that it would get the clothes very clean since it doesn't have an agitator but boy was I wrong!!! The washer itself is huge and sometimes I need a stool to get all the clothes out. It hasn't let me down and I don't think it will in the near future. Great job Samsung!!!!!!!

Our clothes come out super clean and smell amazing. I'm even going through less laundry detergent. It is a very deep washer so if you're on the shorter side, you won't be able to reach the bottom of the washer so I recommend a step stool or a grabber tool. Overall, I'm so glad I made this purchase.

It’s spacious enough to fit a king-size comforter with ease, which is a huge time-saver. The wash is thorough and gentle, and everything comes out looking fresh. I love how efficient it is and how much it can handle. Highly recommend it for big loads!

The two main problems are vibration and the loudness. It vibrates, a lot, on heavier spin settings. The noise level is beyond loud. Would not buy again. Wish we had our 9yo samsung ser back.
