Installation by Best Buy was very professional. The washer is very nice. Large enough to hold bulky items and gets them clean. I am very happy.

The delivery was on time, I received a call just before they got to my house. The delivery guy (Can't remember his name) was great. Very friendly and was professional. The delivery and take away was done a short time. I would recommend this fellow to do deliveries

We love this machine, it handles all of our linen and clothing, hence we don’t have to do multiple loads. It really helps us to conserve water. Samsung has outdone themselves on this machine, I had an older Samsung model that it’s replacing and it wasn’t nearly as good, and broke after 4 years. That one was little smaller than this one and didn’t hold nearly as much.

I LOVE my new washing machine!!! It is amazing! I didn’t realize what I was missing with my old one.

Amazing appliance! I have been dreading replacement for my old Samsung thinking the newer ones just wouldn't be the same. This smart High-Efficiency Top Load Washer is so easy to use, extremely spacious to accommodate my family of 4, and user friendly. The features are high tech and seem intimidating, but they are so easy to use and works like a dream!

So far so good. I like the huge tub. So glad we bought it, we love Samsung.

The washer washes our clothes very good. I switched back from front load washer to top load washer and no more smell coming from the washer. I am able to wash comforters, sheets Pillow cases in one load. My only regret was not getting the multi load dispenser for detergent. I have not had any load unbalance and shaking as experienced in front load washer. So far this seems to be a very good washer.

Purchased yesterday. I'll have to see how it goes as for quality and longevity. But we are starting out at three stars because of Samsung Smartthings. It's the first time I've purchased a "smart" anything from Samsung. Unlike all the other "smart" devices I've purchased, they willingly interface to other hubs. Not this washer/dyer combo. You have to use your phone (no web registration), and to use your phone you have to grant Samsung access to your precise location information. Samsung's reasoning is they want to see if I am home or not as a condition for some of their logic. Problem is, it isn't optional. You have to let them track your phone. I'm sure there are workarounds that require me to remember to take various precautions, such as shutting off the app when I leave the house and removing permission. In other words, I have to be careful to not let them track me. So I've bought my first and last Samsung appliance, and I deeply regret buying this one.

Great washer and dryer combo with different functions and cycles to match the amount of deep cleaning needed.

This is a great unit at a great price and works flawlessly.

So far so good. I like everything about it except I am 5’3” and it is very deep so it’s a bit challenging to get small stuff from bottom but would still buy again. For me what matters is how long it will last. My last washer only made it 7 years.
